I have to say, I received the best service from FMI. I’ve been a patient at have always had pleasant experiences. But, I had particularly amazing one when going in for a blood draw and explaining I had run out of medications (totally my own fault) and was trying to get a telehealth appt scheduled asap. The medical director Nick popped out and heard a little of what was going on and offered to see me right there to get my meds refilled! I know providers are often busy and don’t have the ability to do that. But that was just amazing and shows how much the providers care. Totally made my day and a weight lifted knowing I’d not have to go much longer without my medication.
