I've read the bad reviews and I have to say I completely 100% disagree with them. I went there for the first time tonight. It was the most wonderful urgent care experience I've ever had. Every lady in there was genuinely nice and friendly. I was in and out in less than 1 hour, and that's including tests for my son and I. This is where I will be going from now on. Thank you Shannon, Jenny, Natalie and Kaylee for making my visit wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. You ladies are awesome! Edited to add: You don't need an appointment, I walked right in. And they never asked if I had an appointment.

Was turned away without even being seen as they “didn’t have someone on staff that could perform sutures.” Turns out I didn’t even need sutures, just a special gauze to stop the bleeding on my finger. Learned that from Anderson Express Care. I didn’t realize “convenient care” referred to their ability to perform services at their own convenience. Wouldn’t recommend.

What is the point of urgent care that has all of its appointments for the day booked in advance? Called on a Sunday morning and was told day is booked and could schedule an appointment for tomorrow. What is really the point here? Went to the competition who doesn’t book a whole day and turn people away.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable, took my daughter there for a Covid test and they gave her a popsicle.... she was so happy. Highly recommend anyone with kids especially to go here.
