Super nice and helpful.

I've read the bad reviews and I have to say I completely 100% disagree with them. I went there for the first time tonight. It was the most wonderful urgent care experience I've ever had. Every lady in there was genuinely nice and friendly. I was in and out in less than 1 hour, and that's including tests for my son and I. This is where I will be going from now on. Thank you Shannon, Jenny, Natalie and Kaylee for making my visit wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. You ladies are awesome! Edited to add: You don't need an appointment, I walked right in. And they never asked if I had an appointment.

Great staff

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable, took my daughter there for a Covid test and they gave her a popsicle.... she was so happy. Highly recommend anyone with kids especially to go here.

Great place! Super fast and super friendly!

I went in on 8/13 for a terrible cough, breathing problems and a fever of 102⁰. They gave me the Covid and influenza tests which both came back negative. It was diagnosed as an upper respiratory tract infection. I was given a shot and a few days of prescriptions. Woke up the next morning feeling 100% better. Excellent care! Great people! I would recommend this facility 100%!

Went to the one in Bethalto, Dr Harm's facility, got in and out quickly and everyone was so nice and considerate

Best place hands down! In and out great service and care. The people that work here are awesome friendly and you can tell they truly care about there patients!! Highly recommended over any other place keep up the GREAT WORK!!!!
