Best mental health care clinic I have ever found!!
I had a telehealth appointment with K. Frogner. She was patient and informative. The process was easy to schedule. Great service
Great service
Cassie Donahue perscribed me Trintellix, and I started developing crippling migraines and visual snow When I brought it up at our follow-up she told me that Trintellix has minimal side effects and that it was probably another factor. It wasen't until an ocular neurologist told me that Trintellix was most likely the cause of these issues that I stopped, however I still have permanent changes in my vision.. Yes, they are a convienient option for psychiatry, but be sure to advocate for yourself if something does not seem right.
This place will happily take thousands of dollars from you but will block you from scheduling care over a $100 billing mistake THEY caused. Money-grubbing fools who care more about squeezing patients for every last cent than actually providing medical care. I have paid thousands into this practice, yet they sent a paid balance to collections because of their own billing error. I paid my bill in November, their system accepted my money, and they STILL sent me to collections. Instead of fixing their mistake, they refused to let me schedule my next appointment, essentially holding my mental health care hostage over a tiny amount compared to what I've already paid. If you have ADHD or any condition that makes dealing with medical billing difficult, avoid this place at all costs. Their billing practices are shady, disorganized, and predatory. They don't care if their mistakes harm patients--as long as they get paid.

Jessica was super easy to talk to and made it feel less stressful!
Dr Kaatman has been very kind and helpful, I’m seeing him for concerns for grief and anxiety due to my fathers terminal cancer diagnosis and I feel he’s been really patient and kind to me throughout this journey. I highly recommend!
Because I started a job recently and moved out of state, my insurance ID # hadn't come through. I called to book a consult in the meantime in order to see if they would be a fit for me. The day of the appointment, I was called 3 times sequentially (after I declined the call I was getting ready for work at 8:30AM) from the office and after the third call I answered. The curt front desk woman asked when my forms would be completed, mind you the appointment was in 7 hours, and I planned to do it at work, so I said shortly. She then asked for me insurance, which I explained I didn't have yet, and considering it was a consultation no insurance is going to be claimed. She then said because of that the appointment would be cancelled, which I was notified via text shortly after the phone call. I'm sure the therapists are nice, but if I was running the business I would want to know how front of house affairs are being handled. If front desk operates this way I'm turned off by the entire company and no longer feel comfortable going there. Therapy should be a place of refuge not onslaught and more stress. This is my 2nd review ever as a long reader of yelp to give you any understanding of the level of disappointment this experience brought me. When you struggle with mental health, you naturally struggle with self-care. And when you actually take the action to book an appointment, but are treated this way, it is a blow to your courage to try again. Clarity Clinic, please train your front desk to act with compassion, kindness, and informed awareness on how to speak to your patients. Do better!
I have a great therapist named Animee Daramus. I felt comfortable sharing about myself with her because she truly listens, something most people in the field can't do. Her methods are very helpful, and I believe they will lead to a positive outlook for my life. Although much of the progress depends on one's self, her empathy and active listening skills make a big difference. She doesn't just give advice; she provides valuable life skills to work.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
