Dr. Nee has been my primary for about 20 years no matter where he is practicing I will follow him and I have! He is compassionate at the same time he is always honest about my health even when it has been hard to hear. Dr. Nee has seen me through some very difficult times, not once in all the years I have seen him has he rushed through an appointment or left me feeling like I was being judged or unheard! It's hard to find a doctor these days that doesn't rush through an appointment and just write a script for medication and send you on your way.

I had a pretty lackluster experience with Vitality and Dr. Max Aarons. This was my first primary care visit in years, and I was dealing with significant insomnia and other issues that were really affecting my daily life. Dr. Aarons seemed disengaged and, at times, condescending. While I was sharing my medical history, I felt like he just wanted to get out of the room. He ordered bloodwork, but there wasn’t much discussion about my concerns, other evaluations, or next steps. After the results came back, there was no follow-up with additional ideas or a plan to address what I was experiencing. Overall, I left feeling unheard and without much help. Maybe the experience is different if you’re a member, but this visit didn’t give me much reason to become one. The nurse and front desk staff were great, though, and I appreciated their kindness.

Love this office. Dr New always take the time to listen to me and provides excellent information. His hours are flexible for people who work regular hours and the lobby has complementary beverages to select from. The other staff is always friendly and supportive too. I'm glad that I chose here to be my primary care location.

Doctors are great. The billing team, Kelly and a few others, are so painfully unprofessional it hurts your brain and soul. They take 10+ days to reply, no managers available to help, unskilled trained, and answer for everything is “talk to someone else, it’s someone else’s fault, it’s never anything we take accountability for”. Run now. Run.
