- LAKEISHA HAMILTON - 1. Was a no-show for my first telehealth appointment. I filled everything out, I was on time, I waited 45min. I rescheduled with Lifestance the team over the phone (they're nice people, the only reason for an extra star) 2. She cancelled my rescheduled appointment - without notice. I only found out when I tried to join that it was cancelled. I phoned Lifestance again, they couldn't find any notes, info or notice the the "deleted" appointment. Book with this person if you enjoy your time being blatantly disrespected. Terribly ironic that she's an ADHD testing provider. Really testing my patience trying to get a booking, which is something I struggle to motivate myself to do in the first place.

I have really had a good experience with my therapist. I am grateful for her. Additionally, my son sees a therapist for autism therapies and a psychiatric nurse practitioner for medication management. We could not be happier with Lifestance, overall.

Had a virtual appointment, which I had confirmed it was virtual. When the time came around, there was no link to get into any virtual ‘room’. Of course I tried to call- but i would get forward to a VM saying they were closed. I actually called four times trying to get a hold of someone to help, 2 of the times were before they actually were technically even closed. I then continued to wait around, thinking, okay- someone will call whether it be the Dr or a staff member to just do a general “hi- wanted to make sure everything was okay- you had an appointment and we haven’t been able to get in touch” but no, nothing. I’m not sure how there can be appointments after the office is ‘closed’ and there should still be some sort of way patients can get ahold of the staff. Really frustrating experience, although I will take accountability for not reading reviews before booking - most reviews complain about the administrative side of this company. Considering the nature of this business, they make getting help rather difficult.
