The staff is very professional and polite. The doctor was compassionate and thorough. The waiting room and offices are very clean and contemporary and even have a slushy machine for the patients. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone, they are also open every day of the week. How convenient.

The workers are always nice but this time,waited for a hour to be told I need to wait another hour because of a system crass with insurance and if I leave they’ll remove my spot I’m pissed.

I went in on Sunday 9th. i had a bad rash on my entire body and wasn’t supposed to to see my pcp til march til let him know the prednisone didn’t work but the last few days were worse than ever. I was as only getting about 2 hours of sleep due to the excessive itching and burning. I couldn’t wait to see my doc so i went into urgent care and the front desk girl was nice. I was brought in back right away and seen she said i needed to be seen by a dermatologist and that since prednisone didn’t work that would of been what she prescribed. Well she knew i was very uncomfortable so she decided to let me try a itchy pill and gave me steroid ointment. I was so thankful that she seen how down and upset i was that she came up with an idea to try and help me. You know what last night was the best sleep i had in a few weeks and i am very thankful and i am not as itchy as i was. So thank you to you and the wonderful staff!

The laziest staff around! Made an online appointment for 1pm and it's now 2pm and still haven't been seen. Hear staff joking and talking but not doing their jobs. This establishment is totally unprofessional and I will never go back!
