Jen Hess is the best physical therapist I have ever had. She has treated everyone in my family, and for injuries to different body parts. She is always compassionate, caring, and thoughtful. She does a great job with the physical aspects of pt, but more importantly, she is great at explaining what is going on, why she is doing the things she is doing, and is able to explain complex medical issues in simple ways. I highly recommend using Jen for any PT needs.

I have been having lower back pain for some time and recently saw my doctor for an evaluation. He prescribed physical therapy. I chose Jennifer Hess, P.T., DPT ay Rush in Elmhurst, IL. She is a wonderful person, so nice, so knowledgeable and great to be with two times a week. She assists me in using various machines and items to strengthen my core and gave me an app with videos of exercises to do at home. Jennifer has many 5 * ratings and I also rate her a 5* for everything she is doing for me.

Nick and Marissa did a great job helping me recover movement and strength in my shoulder after an injury. Jess was also very helpful assisting with the program. Would definitely recommend .

Marissa is fun to interact with. She challenges me just enough & really pays attention to my form. She also tells the best stories, which helps me to not focus on the intenilsity of the exercise(s).

Jen was absolutely incredible. She was caring, knowledgeable and attentive. Having never previously been to PT, I didn't know what to expect. Along with the normal stretches and strengthening, she provided dry needling and cupping. She made my 2.5 months there productive and enjoyable.

Jennifer and Dom are highly knowledgeable and caring physical therapists who provide you with the best information and workout plans. They listen and make the best assessments of what you need. I worked with both of them, and was very satisfied with their approach and professionalism.
