Rush Physical Therapy in the FFC Health Club on Lake Street Is one of the best Physical Therapy options. Bridget and Cass are very knowledgeable, professional and supportive. Uvaldo and Majesty are also great helping out with the PT or dealing with insurance.Each time I have had to get PT, I go to them and I see progress. It may be hard to get that 1st appt, but stay at it and you can get an appt. If you have gone to Athlectico or another PT chain, the PT you get at this Rush office is 180 degrees in the other direction -- that is really good.

My first experience was with Uvaldo, who made sure that I understood the process. My experience with all three therapist was painful , but worth every movement that I had to perform. I'm so grateful for the professionalism displayed. I'm looking forward to whats to come, with their care for me.

Cass, Bridget and Uvaldo are terrific!! They are very professional and work very hard to keep appointments at the scheduled times, even though they are mostly back-to back.They are very caring and always asking if an exercise is too difficult or too easy. They also quickly explain why they are doing something or asking me to do an exercise. I have been to other PT offices and they are, by far, the most professional and caring. I recommend them to all my friends. I tried Athletico one time, and it was terrible compared to the care I got at the FFC PT. Their space is small, but their services are great.

I've gained a great deal of movement in my shoulder in just three weeks. I am also building strength in my upper body which is one of my goals. I expect I will continue on that path over the final three weeks of my program. Thanks, Bridget and Cass.

Literally impossible to get a hold of them to make an appointment. I called 3 times over the course of a week during business time. Calls are always transferred to Rush Oak Park location, and the person there cannot make any appointments for the FFC location.

Happy to recommend Rush Physical Therapy at Oak Park FFC. Bridget was my PT. It was easy to schedule my first appointment and once there, we scheduled all remaining sessions. They accepted my insurance that had a $25 copay. I feel much better now. Bridget gave helpful advice and exercises I could do at home daily to improve. Each session was half with Bridget (which included a brief massage of the area) and then half with one of the rehab aides. You can stay at the gym to use their facilities after your session.
