I booked an appointment almost 2 months ago to see the surgeon to remove a cyst on my head the size of a penny if not smaller. specifically requested the surgeon to remove the day of and not come back. This was definitely not an odd request by any means. I Had the same exact procedure done 9yrs prior, I was in and out in 1hr. I never even got to see the surgeon, the assistant notified me that they will not be removing the cyst today. She also tried to sell me some full body scan with a dermatologist. Seems to me they are trying to milk the insurance companies by making unnecessary appointments and wasting time I unfortunately do not have.

After trying to get rid of my acne with over the counter products I decided to try going to a dermatologist. They got me on a routine and my acne is significantly better since I have stuck to it daily.

Dr Stephanie is Awesome! She is very easy and nice to talk too. very clean office, polite and friendly staff! Easy to schedule an appt. Takes our insurance and very detailed orientated.

I have nothing but good things to say about the doctor and staff the couple of times I’ve been there. Pleasant atmosphere; staff and doctor friendly. I felt like I was at a photo shoot with all of the pictures they took. Only complaint was all of the time it took, and the confusion getting my surgery approved and done by the end of the year. Fortunately, it’s working out and I’m more than pleased.

As a physician, I am well aware of the importance and value that a competent, helpful, and pleasant office staff brings to a medical practice. Oak Dermatology in Itasca has such a group. Rachel, the NP who performed the treatment on my face, was professional in all respects and answered all of my questions an concerns
