Just had a great experience here. My daughter had very bad ear pain-so decided to take her here despite the negative reviews and sooo glad I did! We went when it opened on a Sunday morning, which is 8am. We entered with two other people. Check in was super fast and very pleasant. We sat for maybe 5 mins max and was called in by nurse Brittany. She is seriously the sweetest and so professional. Probably the nicest nurse we’ve ever dealt with. Next was nurse practitioner Melissa Kelley- again very nice and wonderful bedside manner. She was very thorough with the exam and fast. She set us up with antibiotics through the system and got us our discharge papers in less than 5 mins. Seriously- prob the best sick visit I’ve ever had for my child or myself for that matter. Now- it could be that it was because we walked in as soon as they opened the doors- but the professionalism, bedside manner and just overall pleasantry was a great experience. We will be using this facility for urgent care needs on the future.

Do not go there for immediate care. They did not inform me that they only had one doctor and wait will be hour and half! 3 hours later I am still here with my mother in pain she's 87. Waiting in room for over half an hour for the results! This place is the worst!!!!

Every time I have gone there the service has been great! Caring nurses & doctors. I’m very pleased with this urgent care facility! I try & go early in the morning never had to wait.

Tasha was great at checkin and was very kind. She could tell that I was not feeling well and patiently explained the process to me. I have had urgent care at this location several times and have been serviced well each time. I have no complaints and am very pleased with the service I have received there.

If you are thinking to come to this place ,please think about it before you do this mistake. It's been 2 weeks since they sent me my daughters blood results and nobody can explain me the results. This place far from make feel safe when it comes to your health won't make feel good at all.

Urgent care waiting time is crazy 2 hour wait and sometimes dont even check you the correct way just weight height and check for covid rsv and flu

They opened an hour late cause no Doctor showed up. I waited 3 hours to be told there is nothing they can do for me and go see my primary or a GI specialist. My Primary who also is part of Advocate has no openings till October. What a joke this place is

From the 2 working at check in, to my amazing nurse Brittany, this was the best immediate care visit I've experienced. Veronica the PNP squeezed me in late for a virtual consultation and everyone was kind, courteous and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Thanks to all of them for an excellent experience!
