Terrible. The nurse practitioner had 3 people ahead of me and this told me a two hour wait? For an urgent care?!?! Heart surgery is faster lol

I have been seeing NP Jessica Gonzalez as my PCP for the last 2.5 years or so. She is a wonderful medical professional, very helpful when addressing issues and she always explains things very well so that I understand what is going on with my health. The staff there is also very knowledgeable and always has an upbeat attitude and a smile on their faces. Wait times are decent for a doctor's office, I've never waited more than 30 mins past my scheduled appt time unless other places where you can wait for hours. Highly recommend for primary care and for lab work. I have been to the immediate care and have never had an issue there either.

This review is based on my first experience with Advocate’s Immediate Care, and it was my second urgent care I visited for the day. The wait time was very long, they were extremely busy on a snowy Wednesday, but the receptionist was very kind and thorough, the medical assistant was the same, and the provider I saw (Esmeralda Zamora) was so extremely kind and apologized for the crazy long wait time. But she listened to me and was very thorough with her examination and even went to ask advice from other providers just to be sure I was diagnosed correctly. She prescribed me medication, and sent me for lab work immediately. I believe if it wasn’t for her my sickness would have gotten much worse. I highly recommend this office, especially Esmeralda.

Had good experiences once but I was called

Walked in at 7pm an hour before they closed girl at front desk didn’t greet me had an attitude all over her face before I even said anything. Then I needed to get my daughter some antibiotics for an ear infection she was running a fever and she told me all the rooms were filled up and no doctor would be able to see her. It was fairly quiet and no care were in parking lot I truly believe they just didn’t wanna do anything after 7 because they were closing. Wouldnt recommend going here

I had such a pleasant experience at this office yesterday! From the front desk staff, Leticia Eddings, all the way to my main doctor, Dr. Wilson! Leticia was SO helpful and patient! Sometimes I have to brace myself for interactions with front desk staff at doctor's offices, but yesterday I had so much anxiety about my appointment that I just let it consume me. Leticia didn't make me feel uncomfortable about the questions I asked, she was very thorough, and she answered every question with confidence. Normally, the front desk staff determines me returning or how long I take to come back (and not because of appt availability), but I felt so comfortable with Leticia I chose a new primary care physician and booked my next appointment for sooner than later. Thank you Leticia for easing my anxiety and stress about doctor visits! I truly appreciate you! God bless you!

Dr. Ericka Searles is an amazing gynecologist. She takes her time to explain complex medical issues in a way that makes you feel safe, seen and heard in her care. She has a warm approach and you never feel rushed. I am so happy I found her and quickly made her my primary gynecologist. It is a reason she is booked out for months!

I actually had a great experience here. It was an alternate due to my regular office was closed. They were exceptional from the check in until the time I left!

This was the first time I have ever used the Urgent Care facility, tho we have been with Advocate Aurora for a long time. It was easy, efficient and timely. The staff and the doctor were all very good and quickly addressed the problem I had. I recommend them if you need to see someone quickly, but don't need an emergency room.

Called to have prescriptions refilled for HBP; had told two different people the exact names of meds that were needed. Office called in WRONG MEDS. Then, when I call back, was told that there were NO NOTES of the meds I requested. I must have told each of them FOUR times what was needed. You get a different person each time you call, and nobody knows what anyone else is doing. Plus, you don't call the doctor's office at all, just a call center. Also, did survey after the call that said a supervisor would call me, and nothing. What a joke!
