List of Osf Oncall Urgent Care's Reviews
The nicest medical staff I talk to every time I go there myself or with children. Always feel well taken care of.
Both Trish the X-ray tech and Elham the provider were great. I would definitely use this location again.
Their a great staff there. Listens to you and what you ask them for. They do help you. Great Job! I always go there if I feel sick!!
I honestly am having a hard time writing this review for multiple reasons. This was the worst experience I’ve had at an Urgent care which is disappointing because I changed my insurance just to be able to come back to OSF. Upon my arrival I knew and advised I was a little early, to the response at the front desk, “oh you’re really early and there’s 6 people in front of you and you can’t wait in here you need to go to your car.” Okay thank you I’m aware of that but the attitude I felt was unnecessary. Then after waiting, which is fine, I get waved in from the window and confronted about not answering my phone, verified my number and have proof of no notifications of out reach to let me know it was my turn but the staff made me feel as though it was my fault. Already off to a terrible start, the first staff member to help me was really sweet and took great care of me advising I might just have an ear infection as I was negative for strep. When the NP Mary came in she did not make me feel like she even cared why I was there. I do not feel good and used my money, my time and insurance to make sure I was okay. I was advised of no infection but one could start in three days which was confusing to me. After she advised that she left the room, closed the door and laughed with her collages stating “Nothing is wrong with that girl”. To hear them laughing was such a heartbreaking experience as I used my time and resources to try and help myself feel better. I had to hold back my tears as I left. I like OSF but I will not be returning to this urgent care.
I’ve taken both my elderly parents here for different reasons and have always had too notch service and treatment. The staff here is very kind and helpful. They saw how difficult it was for my dad to get around and they helped me put him in a room right away and helped us with check in from there. Facilty is super clean and neat. Staff made a difficult day for us much easier. Can’t thank them enough!!
The PA Nora was very professional! Listened to my concerns and explained a plan. Also Rhonda the radiologist was excellent!
Came to this urgent care with my husband. There was nobody at the front desk and I had to walk to the back and ask the ladies if they’re able to check me in. The receptionist (a blonde lady with colored eyes) was extremely rude, didn’t welcome us nicely or anything. She ended up telling me that they don’t have any doctors there, that it’s only nurse practitioners and that they’re unable to prescribe. She mentioned the whole company does not have any doctors. So my question is, what exactly does this medical place do for “patients” ? She tried telling me what I can do and where I can go instead. I ended up returning the same energy and telling her I don’t appreciate her talking to me like I’m slow. I read reviews and noticed I’m not the only one who had this problem. Please do something about this. It’s not right. To work in the medical field you need compassion and be considerate for others. If you don’t like what you do, leave.
The staff is very friendly, courteous, professional, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this facility.
Place is very clean and the employees are very friendly and professional definitely recommend

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
