Bryleigh is very good! She’s helped me get my wrist working again after a surgery. Everyone is very nice that works there.

Madisen has really have helped with my mobility and strength on my ankle. The whole team is like family there. 10/10

*My review is only about billing, NOT the therapy services. I was given a referral for multiple sessions of physical therapy. I got a quote from Athletico and confirmed with my insurance that it was in-network but Athletico said it was out-of-network. But as a favor to patients, they cap the fee and match the in-network cost. My EOB from insurance says I owe a third of the cost Athletico charged me. They said they bill as out-of-network because it would cost more than in-network somehow. Athletico also said that I should not talk to my insurance about it... So I immediately talk to my insurance how I have paid more than my EOB, even after I met my deductible. Athletico said insurance gave them a different EOB and are waiting for it to be adjusted, but insurance says they haven't heard from Athletico in weeks. I set up a 3 way call and insurance repeats what I've already relayed. Athletico agrees they missed adjustments on all of my sessions, and will send me a check in the mail for 2/3 of the total I paid. While we were able to get everything sorted in the end, it was pulling teeth to get any answers. Overall, it took almost 8 months to sort out, and the fact Athletico told me to not tell my insurance about what I paid is a red flag.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable in the process of improving the quality of life with my deficits due to MS balance/strength issues and weakness in my left side. Madisen was great about challenging me and still encouraging me! Loved Athletico compared to other places I have been.

The best physical therapist in town! They are very compassionate and understanding of your pain! They start out slowly and work their way up with how you're feeling! I highly recommend this location!!!!

Six Stars!! It was very important to me to have the same therapist throughout my treatment period. Athletico was able to accommodate my request and as a result, Madisen was able to work more closely with me to achieve the most positive outcomes. Additionally, the Athletico app was beneficial as it provided videos that established consistency in my home exercise routine. Finally, the weekly check ins with the care navigator gave us time to review my treatment and inspire confidence in my recovery process.

After attempting to work with a different company, Emily at Athletico was more than understanding for all of my needs. She attended a 75 minute TriCare webinar to learn more about how she could better help me, how many people would do that? She stayed after her shift ended to help me with onboarding/insurance paperwork that needed to be done. She has spent a LOT of time to make sure my unique TriCare situation was taken care of and I wasn’t left with a large bill. If you’re looking for this kind of professionalism and hospitality, look no further. Also, I’m only in Kansas for 1 more month for work… so she did all that work knowing I’d only provide 4-5 weeks of business for them. These folks will give the best service they can possibly provide.

Outstanding, professional and caring therapists and assistants. Had previous experience with my wife, and wouldn’t go anywhere else for myself when I needed help. Staff is generous with their time, and share their expertise freely and kindly. As a bonus, they are fun and have great senses of humor. 😁
