After attempting to work with a different company, Emily at Athletico was more than understanding for all of my needs. She attended a 75 minute TriCare webinar to learn more about how she could better help me, how many people would do that? She stayed after her shift ended to help me with onboarding/insurance paperwork that needed to be done. She has spent a LOT of time to make sure my unique TriCare situation was taken care of and I wasn’t left with a large bill. If you’re looking for this kind of professionalism and hospitality, look no further. Also, I’m only in Kansas for 1 more month for work… so she did all that work knowing I’d only provide 4-5 weeks of business for them. These folks will give the best service they can possibly provide.
