Initially to get in you have to fill out a short novel and wait for them to call to set up an appointment which took some time. I liked the therapist I was seeing. It’s unfortunate that when I called to cancel my appointment because I am sick that I was told I would be charged a $50 cancellation fee even though I have never called to cancel or reschedule any of my previous appointments.
