Only been here once and I don’t think I want to come back. Provider I was set up with kept cutting me off and invalidated some of my trauma, cut me off for talking too fast, and sat on her phone for some parts of the eval. She sent a med that wasn’t covered by my insurance (which I called from the pharmacy and let her know. She resent the same exact medication again), and I’ve been fighting for 3 days now for her to send something else. Drove an hour for a urine screen this past Friday (6/27) morning since the Qelbree wasn’t covered, signed off, and was told to wait a couple hours for my meds. Waited 4 hours, called from the pharmacy and was told it’d be sent. Waited 2 hours after that and was told since they were going to close soon (4 PM at this point), there was no guarantee it’d be sent. Here we are Monday. I was told by my provider via voicemail who I SAW IN PERSON after signing the forms on Friday, that my urine screen never came back and to get the medication that was originally sent (which is $200.00 with a manufacturer coupon). Called back because I knew I signed off on the screening, was told another message would be left. Here we are 3 days later, at least 5 messages later, and I still don’t have medication. A truly horrible first impression considering I seeked out care here because of recommendations from friends. As it stands right now, I’m at least trying to switch providers but truthfully I’m not holding my breath. Beyond unprofessional.

They are absolutely amazing! Me and my son go there I’ve been going through psych care for 20 years and never found anything that worked finally I have and it’s thanks to them I got my life back
