Great team there. Was visiting Lake Charles, LA for a casino getaway this week and experienced a concern with my BK prosthetic. From the moment I walked in and was greeted to seeing Hunter was great. He took the time to address my concerns and make sure i was good before I left. They are a blessing and truly appreciated.

First I was late for my appointment due to pre opp at the hospital. They were so very understanding. Got me in very quickly. The staff were all so very sweet. Very personable an conversational. I was made very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Nothing but raves for Michael Vidrine and the entire staff at Hanger Lake Charles. I was just fitted for my first prosthesis after my unplanned above knee amputation. Michael and the staff were so generous with their time and knowledge. Michael made sure he understood what was most important to me in a prosthetic device, and helped me clarify my goals. He then, in record-breaking time (3 days!!!), developed and then brought to life the perfect design for me-- I'll even get to kitesurf and sail again! The entire administrative team was fabulous with scheduling and acting as insurance liaison. I could not be happier with the experience. I am so deeply grateful.
