Very clean and friendly environment. My Provider, Emmie, was very attentive and made sure to take the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I felt like she listened to all of my concerns and had a lot of knowledge. I will definitely be back.

I went in late in the day and it didn't stop this excellent staff from giving me the best service even if it meant staying past closing. From the moment I got there until I left, everyone went above and beyond to help me. I had Covid and it was rough! I feel as though they literally brought me back to life! They were caring, kind and tried everything to make me feel comfortable! Thank you so much to everyone! This place is the BEST!!!!!

You all are the epitome of what excellent medical care looks like. Every1 from Front Desk to the Nurse who did our swabs to the NP was the best! Their bedside manners were great, especially NP Kim! She explained everything thoroughly and gently. The facility was clean & sanitized & every1 was neat. And they are wheelchair friendly.💜💜💜

I went to this URGENT care for an ear infection last Monday. I informed the staff my ear had an infection and I wanted a steroid shot and antibiotics. The staff did nothing to drain my ear at the time. They gave me a 7 day prescription and a shot. 7 days later I ask to get more antibiotics and they said I needed to come in again and I would have to pay another 80.00 deductible again. I feel that that they should have diagnosed me more thoroughly and gave me more antibiotics.

Well I must say that I have been to urgent care in the last 2-3 weeks. Staff friendly and Nurse Gore is great. She is kind, soft spoken and shows she cares about her patients. She explains things to you and try to give you the medications that you need to feel better. When I have to go to urgent care, I always hope that she would be the one to see me. Thanks Nurse Gore for being such a great NP.

Firstly, I need to clarify that when I was offered to give a review after my service in LaPlace, via text, I fat fingered just the number (1), which reported a poor review. This was an absolute mistake. The staff at the urgent care in LaPlace was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was attentive, kind and delightful. I received treatment that instantly relieved my pain after a week of immobility. If you are in this area, and need healthcare, you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not go to The Urgent Care in LaPlace on Belle Terre Blvd.
