The Urgent Care- LaPlace

Very clean and friendly environment. My Provider, Emmie, was very attentive and made sure to take the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I felt like she listened to all of my concerns and had a lot of knowledge. I will definitely be back.

I had an excellent experience at The Urgent Care. Everyone was attentive from beginning to the end. I left there feeling like all of my needs were met. I received my diagnosis and treatment without a long wait. Thanks!!!

I went in late in the day and it didn't stop this excellent staff from giving me the best service even if it meant staying past closing. From the moment I got there until I left, everyone went above and beyond to help me. I had Covid and it was rough! I feel as though they literally brought me back to life! They were caring, kind and tried everything to make me feel comfortable! Thank you so much to everyone! This place is the BEST!!!!!

You all are the epitome of what excellent medical care looks like. Every1 from Front Desk to the Nurse who did our swabs to the NP was the best! Their bedside manners were great, especially NP Kim! She explained everything thoroughly and gently. The facility was clean & sanitized & every1 was neat. And they are wheelchair friendly.💜💜💜

Well I must say that I have been to urgent care in the last 2-3 weeks. Staff friendly and Nurse Gore is great. She is kind, soft spoken and shows she cares about her patients. She explains things to you and try to give you the medications that you need to feel better. When I have to go to urgent care, I always hope that she would be the one to see me. Thanks Nurse Gore for being such a great NP.

Firstly, I need to clarify that when I was offered to give a review after my service in LaPlace, via text, I fat fingered just the number (1), which reported a poor review. This was an absolute mistake. The staff at the urgent care in LaPlace was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was attentive, kind and delightful. I received treatment that instantly relieved my pain after a week of immobility. If you are in this area, and need healthcare, you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not go to The Urgent Care in LaPlace on Belle Terre Blvd.

Any time we have to make a trip to this Urgent Care we can usually get an appt almost right away. Staff is friendly..never had to wait more than 10mins in the lobby. We were in and out in less than 30mins total! The nurse practitioner we saw today was very nice and listened to my concerns..although all of the nurses we’ve seen here have been awesome! When you have a fussy toddler that’s not feeling well, it helps when these urgent care trips can be quick and easy, rather than adding stress and long wait times. Was able to get my baby diagnosed and some meds sent to pharmacy right away to get her feeling better! You all make it easy at Urgent Care Laplace! Thank you!
