Love the classes, and the space is so beautiful, but sometimes employees (or owners?) sit outside having “meetings” and talk extremely loudly, making it hard to enjoy the space and/or get work done without headphones.

I love Spyre! Such a calming space offering a wide variety of classes and nourishing healthy food with a kind staff! Always leave feeling restored, very grateful to have this place in the neighborhood. Only wish they were open even more hours !

Spyre has truly changed my life. A tue oasis in the LGD. (Uptown nola) 7 months ago i’s never done yoga, never really lifted weights. Tai chi, Qigong , chi gong, dry float, cold plunge, guided meditation, therapeutic yoga, puppy yoga, goat yoga (yes). Along with swimming, i do some combination every single day. I’m 52, and ive never bern happier or healthier frankly. But, it one thing to have a beautiful space-but without the staff it just couldn't be the same. A+++ Go see for yourself, take a tour! Tell them i sent ‘ya. Im a member, not staff i promise!
