Terrible disorganized practice. Scheduling office is confused and unable to book appointments correctly -- the most basic part of any medical practice. I took a half day off work only to sit in the doctor's chair and be told that I would not be having an eye exam to update my eyeglass prescription. That is exactly the appointment I had specifically requested. When the appointment booker mentioned that they might dialate my eyes, I even asked if that would be after my eye exam because I couldn't take an eye exam after my eyes were dialated. The scheduler said YES. This was not the case AND a total waste of time. They were not apologetic at all. Said "mistakes" happen. They did say they could try to get me in to see an optometrist first -- but they had no idea who was available and how much time it would take. I decided to leave. This was disrespectful of my time. No one apologized or called me after I left the appointment. I wish I had read all the accurate bad reviews before engaging with this practice.

Terrible in every way! Check in person was rude, appointment was an hour late, and billing was incorrect and took 4 phone calls to straighten out. Was a patient for years when they were Eye Health Services, the doctors are the same but the practice is not! Will never return there and would never recommend!

I had a first meeting with Dr. Audrey Chan on Falmouth OCB.My news wasn't positive and I was quite unnerved by her diagnosis. The insult to injury was when I read her post visit summary. About 30% of it was accurate. She claimed she discussed several things with me and wrote in her summary that the patient understood. I must have been in a different room. She did not discuss many of the things she wrote...now that report is in my medical file. Not the kind of Doc I'd recommend. Just not good, honest patient reporting. Perhaps she should have discussed many things in the post visit summary, but she failed miserably.

I had a great experience here! I went into the visit very nervous about my eye issues especially with myself being so young and not knowing what to expect, but my concerns were taken to heart and fully examined by each individual. The whole process was organized and thorough from the moment I entered the office - there was a steady flow from check in to the moment I was examined by Dr. Wiegand. He showed me the images that were taken of my eyes and explained them in detail, and sent me home with a list of what to look out for and when to return, which ultimately put me at ease. His support staff and doctors were very knowledgable and caring - they work quick but are thorough and efficient!

I’ve not yet been seen, but just dealing with the scheduler was terrible. They were rude, unhelpful and hung up on me.

The doctors seem excellent in the four or five times I've been.HOWEVER - and I hope they can fix this - EVERY time I've been here I've been kept waiting around an hour. Today it was 56 minutes. I'm sorry, no excuse for that! Book me a half hour later, just be realistic. There seems to be no urgency. And my visit, once I got in, took all of seven minutes. Even someone poking their head into the waiting room to say "Sorry for the delay, folks, we're running behind" would go a LONG way!

Four different prescriptions later and still I cannot see out of my glasses. Check the last two filled with eye health and they are not even close.
