Dr. Rao and his team are professional, friendly but most importantly to me, they answered all of my questions and discussed the different treatment options. After telling me about the options Dr. Rao explained the pros and cons of each treatment. After I left the office I had another question and sent Dr.Rao a message through Patient Gateway and he responded promptly. I highly recommend Dr. Rao and OCB.

Dr Cleary is very good at what she does. My only concern is wh I wasn’t offered a patch for the eye I can’t see from. Also, I’m traveling to Florida abr a few months. I’ll have to call when I return because I’m not sure when.

I’m impressed by how smoothly they process the volume of patients they have. Everyone gets treated quickly and professionally without feeling rushed. Dr. Hung explained everything in a way that I could understand thoroughly. I have been a patient for several years now.
