It wasn’t just the reception experience that was excellent — Moira and her assistant were absolutely wonderful as well. They were kind, professional, and made me feel extremely comfortable during what could be a very uncomfortable experience. They were reassuring, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire visit. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I liked that there were two clerks working the reception window to keep the line down and to get everyone checked in. They were both pleasant and professional. Everything was great from the initial phone call on Monday to make the appointment (she had openings that same week!), to the warm & inviting waiting room, to the nice assistant that welcomed me into the clean exam room, to the NP who examined my worrisome spot and quickly identified it as harmless. Everyone was fantastic. This company does an awesome job hiring employees & medical professionals. Thank you.

I had an appointment with Meghan, she is unarguably the kindest and most attentive person you could ask for. She took extra time to discuss any of my concerns. My appointment went well beyond the allotted time , but I never felt rushed out or that I threw a wrench in her entire schedule for the day. Amazing care! Can’t ask for more than that! Thank you for your kindness and expertise!

It's not the Dr's I have issue with, it's the schedulers. That was enough to drive me away. We schedule an appointment, I show up, "oh sir, you don't have an appointment today." Another time I got a bill for $50 for missing an appointment that I did not have. I went to the office to see what was up. Oops, I had the appointment card but they did not put it in the computer.

drs here are very friendly and thorough with your exam. they will not dismiss minor issues and scheduled multiple follow ups to make sure my problem was fully resolved. very appreciated. wish they would mute the waiting room TV or at least turn it down though, listing to ads while you wait is annoying.
