I go for a yearly skin exam to make sure that I don't have any cancer concerns. It's well worth having myself looked over for peace of mind.

I had a major psoriasis flare up. I called to see about getting an appointment and they checked every location with no luck until Wellesley. I was met by beautiful staff. Claire made me feel very welcome and comfortable despite my internal uncomfort. Dr. Liou was phenomenal. They took amazing care of me and my skin. Thank you and God bless ❤️

It is clearly a place where dermatologists go to work because can't get hired by anyone else. The portal is more often not working than it is, leaving phone messages yields no results, make you make an appointment when you just want to ask a question, doc only works one day a week, been seen for an issue over a dozen times and the doctor doesn't know what to do, writes his notes as if he was the only one at the appointment, maligns everything I say, doesn't take me seriously, go somewhere else.

I travel from Worcester to Wellsley just to see Dr. Kathleen Joyce. As a melanoma survivor, I trust her with my life. Literally. Great staff and a pleasant office setting, too.

Happy with my in-office experience at APDerm however their billing team is AWFUL to deal with. They billed me totally incorrectly after a standard appointment, I contacted the billing team and they told me that my insurance "rejected the claim and I should call them instead". So I called my insurance to find out that they paid the claim weeks earlier and I only owe my copay. Call the AP Derm billing team back and receive 1-word replies that my insurance should contact them directly. So I call the insurance back to coordinate this, after many further calls with my insurance I have to hear how difficult the billing team was with the insurance representatives too (leaving them on hold for 30+ mins, refusing to help, etc). The issue is still unresolved and I dont see how I could go back to APDerm in the future.
