Staff was polite, however they should be clear before booking an appointment. Upon getting there I was told the consult was $100.00 my child had been there 6 months prior and already had a consult but insurance denied. Money grab.

I’ve had braces for the past 5 years and now that they’re finally off i’m so happy with the results. Every appointment has been smooth for me and the staff there are extremely nice. Going to the dentist is usually an uncomfortable experience but with them it’s completely the opposite. They’re informative and genuinely want to take care of you! I highly recommend 👍

I just want to take the time to thank Dr. Tesone and his team. I recently had to get a tooth extracted and was really nervous about the whole thing. Had such a great experience. The front desk personal were beyond friendly and helpful. Dr. Tesone and his assistant were also great! They made an experience I was not looking forward to a very pleasant one. The worst part about the appointment was the anxiety I had going into it.

The staff is nice at the front desk but the way the office is run is horrible. You can get there on time or even 40 minutes prior to your appointment and they STILL won’t take you on time. They’ll call everyone who checked in after you. I also 100% agree with another reviewer, they try to delay treatment and make as many additional appointments as possible to make more money. The manager is useless! He sits in the back office and doesn’t come out to help with any issues AT ALL. He knows the office is run poorly and doesn’t want to have to deal with any angry patients. One of the front desk girls said that I only checked in one child when I 100% approached her with two teenagers checking them both in. I gave her both of their names more than one time. Neither her or the mister at the front desk would admit the mistake was on her end. They said they would put him “in the flow” and “try” to see him today. I completely lost it! I’m a working mom with two athletes with a very busy schedule so I don’t have time to sit in a dentist office for an hour and a half. After I lost it I sad down and another patient said she had the same exact issue earlier, and had to come back. Another patient went on to say she waited a whole hour and was going to be late to pick up her other child in Peabody. People have busy lives this is why we schedule appointments! Mind you if your 10 minutes late it’s a cancel and they stand on that so then why not stand on taking the patients who come on time and early, ON TIME. They need a new manager to get this place running properly! Also a manager that will hold their staff accountable for countless mistakes.

Best place to get your braces done. The staff is very welcoming, sweet and helpful. I’ve had my braces for approximately five years. Now that the process is done, I’m so happy with the results, and people keep telling me how good my teeth look. 😍

I was always happy to see Doctor Petrosino every month for my monthly braces adjustments. I love all the staffs they are very calm and soft spoken specially the Mister in front desk (I am not very good remembering peoples names). August 2nd 2023 was a traumatic day for me, I have a depression and anxiety with PTSD. I panicked and was shaking after the Older woman doctor checked on me (I don’t know her name but I think they call her Doctor D. If I’m not mistaken. like I said I am not good remembering names). She asked me to open my mouth, smile, close, etc. all of that at the same time while yelling at me. ALL AT THE SAME TIME WHILE YELLING AT ME!! I was only doing what she asked me to do, I am not a first timer for adjustments I had my braces for over 2 years. I was really felt embarrassed and felt a little tears on my eyes. Like even the staff or practitioners who are doing the adjustments were shocked and they don’t also didn’t understand what she really wanted me to do. I am writing this because I will never ever forget this. She didn’t even apologize after the 2nd time check that day before I left. I told this concern to the front desk and requested if I can see Doctor Petrosino on my next appointment in few weeks.

I finished my course of braces about 2 years ago. I really appreciated the easiness of the office. #1 there was always room for parking, which is usually an issue in Lynn. #2 everytime I was finished with my appointment I'd schedule the next appointment straight away and never missed a beat. #3 the staff is usually very friendly and greet you when you come in and leave, unless they're busy (it can get pretty busy sometimes, but not very often). Also the assistants were very gentle and I didn't feel much pain, which was a huge plus.

I'm very happy with my treatment at the Braces Place. The assistants and admin staff are always super friendly!
