Geared more towards children, not young adults like myself. Every time I get a call from the front desk they sound miserable, there’s miscommunication between staff regarding medications- it’s a mess. My actual therapist Sydney is wonderful though!

They deserve 0 stars. We were never seen at this practice. After a week of waiting for someone to call and schedule therapy for my son I was fed up and called Sheppard Pratt. The receptionist at Sheppard Pratt was able to schedule an appointment that same week. Advanced Behavioral Health is horrible. I called 4 times after submitting a referral. And each call was the same. They were waiting for the director, Amanda Pincho, to set him up with a therapist. Amanda.. I hope you read this. You do not deserve your job. Children desperately need therapy services and you can't even return a phone call.
