Advanced Behavioral Health's Online Review Report Card

The most value is having a therapist (Paige Austin) that understands my child, always has the best intentions for her, and ensures the parents view is taken into account during family sessions. It is hard finding a good therapist. I would have to say that Paige has been the best therapist and one my child is willing to open up to and looks forward to seeing. I feel that out of all the therapist my child has seen at behavioral health, Paige Ausyin has by far been the best one and I can see a difference in my child.

I’ve been a patient here for a while and I love the therapist here. They are kind and have helped me through many difficult events. I am glad to have found this practice and would recommend them to anyone looking for a therapist.

5 stars is not enough for this practice. They have helped many of my family members including myself. You are all rock stars.

Never been so disrespected in my life. Clinical manager and therapist TréSina E. Steger made me feel like unworthy Discriminate against as an Patient. I was discharged from advanced behavioral health, after only seen the therapist twice. Due to unexpected health issues, one or two my appointments had to be rescheduled which I reached out to the therapist, in advance to informed her, but regardless, she discharged me not only as one of her patients, but for the whole entire company. I reached out to the clinical manager, a couple of days after explaining to her what has happened and ask her to re consider re-admitting me back into the practice Due to unexpected, healthcare issue and miscommunication from TréSina. I explained to her the multiple challenges that I had in the past, trying to obtain a therapist, and that it was very important to me that I continue my therapy at Advanced behavioral health but regardless, she had no sympathy and Continue to cover for TréSina. She repeated telling me unfortunately, she cannot help me and rush me off the phone.

I wish I can give them -5 rating. They only want money and will push you to attend more and more sessions and will not help you at all. If you ask them any documentation for work the answer will be you are not with us for years so we can't provide anything. So save your time and money and go somewhere who actually care because these people don't.

My daughters have been seeing Kyle collectively for about 7 years now. They also received therapy through them. I would highly recommend!

They deserve 0 stars. We were never seen at this practice. After a week of waiting for someone to call and schedule therapy for my son I was fed up and called Sheppard Pratt. The receptionist at Sheppard Pratt was able to schedule an appointment that same week. Advanced Behavioral Health is horrible. I called 4 times after submitting a referral. And each call was the same. They were waiting for the director, Amanda Pincho, to set him up with a therapist. Amanda.. I hope you read this. You do not deserve your job. Children desperately need therapy services and you can't even return a phone call.

Kyle, Alex & Aurora are amazing. I've suffered from PTSD, severe anxiety & depression...These guys CARE. I'm much better since coming here! there should be more mental health care like ABH. Highly recommended for adults and children :) Update: I was wrongly discharged from this practice for reasons still unknown to me & will be filing a lawsuit against them.
