I was at the ER sitting on hard chairs while I had a UTI being tested for kidney infection. My primary care doc wanted me to go because I had severe pain with fever and chills. I was there 5 hours. I will never walk in to another ER on my own accord. 5 hours for someone in pain waiting to be treated is horrendous

My kids were born here - we have seen specialists here - we’ve been to the ER more than once. Everyone is always very kind and the medical care is top notch.

Immediately had personal care upon arrival. Competent staff, doctors answered all questions. Completed in minimal amount of time.

I was taken in by ambulance. I came in with BP that was very high. I have Fibromyalgia. The pain has never been adequately addressed. So, I end up in the ER with pain that was driving up my BP. The ER doctor, gave me Toradol and this did not come close to helping the pain. It was overlooked. I had already tried to get help for myself with my PCP and my Rheumatolgist and Clearway Pain management doctors. I was discouraged that my visit to the ER spoke volumes about my pain level... but..unfortunately... that was not the reason given for my high BP. It was labeled a virus. So, I was sent home the same way I arrived. This was a tremendous disappointment. I thought that the ER would recognize that my pain level at an 8 was an issue. The ER is often abused, people come in to the ER because they do not have insurance. I suffer the consequences. I wish I never went. I understand there is an opioid crisis and there are restrictions from the doctors to the pharmacies and everywhere in between. I am a responsible adult and I am asking for help because my quality of life is greatly compromised. I need to be able to exercise in order to gain momentum and stop the downward spiral caused by a resultant sedentary lifestyle. I have gained 30 pounds since May. My trip to the ER was a true emergency. Yet, the reason for my trip to the ER was listed as a virus. My doctors have no further information regarding my pain level and this is not fair. My expectation was that this was where it would come to a head. BUT... instead, I had a heart rate of 120 and BP of 185/110 yesterday and still in pain and very discouraged. I have since then also with Clearways Pain Solution. They told me that according to my doctor's professional opinion, I need to stay on the nedication he prescribed for 30 days. Today my heart rate is 129. And what will I do if I have a stroke?????
