Great experience in the New Sinai ER fast track area. Everyone was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. The new ER looks great, very clean.

Good afternoon I was in the ER last night with my mother 10/13/25 her service perform was unprofessional they broke so many HIPAA laws to it was not funny it's really sad once upon a time Sinai Hospital used to be the best place to come.. But now I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy. She never received her medication that she needed they never gave her pain meds when I her daughter went to ask the nurse about her medication the nurse stated she was already discharged from the system. that didn't make since at all . I used to work there for 13 years and I can truly so it was the best.But now I wouldn't recommend no one to come there .. it's really Sad..y'all need to hire real professional people that's truly about there job..also they need to take time and retrain your staff...I'm truly disappointed and what I seen and witnessed last night...you must do better..
