I found them online thru My Medicare Advantage insurance. Prescribed me drugs over a zoom call. When I had my first in person appointment, the PCA asked not much,but went in a tangent about her own gambling addiction. Asked me nothing, and then turned me off with her Trump praise. I then received a phone call about my referral for an actual therapist and the person who called me asked me what my problems were and what and what type of person I wanna see. I would think that would be for the therapist. I met with to make recommendations. This is a garbage company in my opinion who do not understand from what I can tell what people need and mental health.

I have received excellent treatment from LifeStance providers Nancy Craven, MSW, LSCW and Dou "Dee" Strobach, PMHNP-BC, CRNP. This location in particular also has an excellent reception and scheduling staff. Recently I had to switch from an in-person to virtual visit at the last minute and the scheduler made it happen effortlessly. Fortunately, LifeStance accepts both my primary and secondary health insurance. I highly recommend LifeStance based on my positive experiences.

Providers are good, but their billing and administration department is a scam. Very difficult to communicate with, added multiple fraudulent charges to my account, and billed for appointments never made

Our therapist Jenna Newman is awesome. She listens to our issues and goes above and beyond with tools, tips and techniques to help us with our communication and how to deal with our son who has some mental health issues. She makes herself available through email and text between sessions and is really committed to helping us and seeing our success as we work through things. I highly recommend Jenna as a therapist.

5/5 quality of therapists. 0/5 for their billing department. Multiple fraudulent charges issued on their scam auto-pay service. They give you 5 days to cancel an auto-payment and give NO information on what the charge is related to or the date of service. They process payments on appointments before they even provide you a statement. Avoid this FRAUDULENT company!
