1/2 star only or zero ! horrible emergency! you’ll die there ! No doctors. seems like they don’t care . waited for so long we didn’t see a doctor! you can stay there for 35 hrs no care! don’t come in this ER poor bedside manner! horrible staff
Once I finally got into a triage room, after I heard the ambulance drivers talking and giggling for 2 hours, the ER nurses were amazing and very tentative. The doc Kasey, not so much. Talked down to me and made me feel so uncomfortable that I just left. People dont understand or just dont care. So sad.
A worst hospital ever seen, it will be a miracle to see a doctor comes check on you
Wait time in the ER is ridiculous regardless of arrival time. The staff unfortunately are constantly bogged down by people with insane theatrics Obviously if security would step in to deal with the situations it surely would be helpful. All my results were in within 5 hrs . Not bad as ER goes. However by 930 I was still sitting to be advised. Total 9 1/2 hrs. I do understand that there are more pressing cases. When my chart notifies me that all tests are done As I said I shouldn’t have to sit 4 1/2 more hrs to be advised. I finally had to tell triage to remove IV , because I had to go home for heart meds. Insane. So between unnecessary theatrics to yes a bit lackadaisical no sense of urgency personnel. It was sad. For myself and others.

The worst emergency room on the planet. I waited for more than 17 hours and the honorable doctor did not show up. What a shame that it is called an emergency room.
As we speak my husband is in the burn ICU. The care he is getting is phenomenable! All of the doctors and nurses explain and answer any concerns we my have. My family is thankful for all of you! Keep up the great job!
Please people stop coming to this place! It’s literally desperate and discouraging to come to this er… If you are in real pain or have a wound, please don’t come to this place. Unfortunately a relative had to wait 7 hours without seeing a doctor and had to request to leave because no doctor appeared. This place is likely third world country hospitals trust me! Hospital Authorities should take a closer look on what is happening in this place because is not normal, they are getting paid for literally giving you Tylenol and making you wait for hours!!!! If a patient gets worse or dies after leaving the er because no one sees him; who held a responsible!?????
Horrible experience. Urgent care provider called the ER to say that I needed to be evaluated urgently. 4.5 hours later, I never saw a doctor. Had to leave to seek treatment elsewhere. Others in the waiting room said they'd been there 12-13 hours and still hadn't heard from a doctor/PA. Definitely made me feel like I didn't matter.
First of all, thank everyone for my stay this week and last week. Ms.Majesty, Ms.Marion, and Ms.Kaia working on Med B. The Professionalism, kindness And the care and concern these ladies demonstrated was extraordinary in taking care of me and the Med B floor. These ladies love thier job and it shows. Please acknowledge and bless these ladies on performing health care to its finest. If I was boss I would promote them to teach humbalisum, respect and kindness throughout the hospital. Thanks so much...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
