Go somewhere else, do not go to Dr. Sekhsaria and Family ENT. I met with Dr. Sekhsaria in March of 2024 regarding a surgical procedure I wanted due to my constantly runny nose. Dr. Sekhsaria scoped my nose, we discussed the procedure, and he told me his billing department would work on pre-approval with my insurance, and they would contact me to schedule the procedure. My whole in-office appointment in March lasted less than 8 minutes. Not only did no one ever contact me to schedule the surgery at all, I received a bill for $238.36 (after my insurance paid $641.60!) for the less than 8 minute office visit in March. When I called the billing department, I was told it's "standard", and they could not "discount it". So now, I am out hundreds of dollars, and am no closer to fixing my nose issues. Find someone who will do what they promise they will do, and won't nickel and dime you in the process.
Disappointing customer service at this practice. The lack of communication between the provider and front desk staff is absurd. I was given a call today from this practice stating I need to follow up to get a hearing test as the doctor had concerns for potential hearing loss. This had came at a shock to me as my last visit 2 weeks ago for a routine ear cleaning the doctor had not mentioned anything at all. I immediately started panicking as this was the first time I was hearing this, the front desk receptionist was unaware of any further detail as well. After some time, I was transferred to the doctor where he cleared the information and stated there was a misunderstanding on the front desk end. The doctor then proceeds to say that the hearing test is something they refer the patients to get after a routine ear wax cleaning. This information was not mentioned at the time of the appointment. His appointments are always rushed, therefore I am not surprised he forgot to provide this piece of patient education. It’s essential to communicate and accurately review patients charts before calling. Telling someone that they are at risk for hearing loss, (when in reality they are not) is not something that should be mistaken as it can have a huge impact on the person hearing the news.
They refused to send my claim information to insurance. And keep sending me a bill over $900 for something that is covered under my insurance. This has been going on sine june. 100% ridiculous! I have called countless times, it's almost Dec and nothing has been sent to insurance! No one will call me back from the number listed on the bill (different than the number for the office I went to). I have talked to the billing dept in the office I went to but they don't do the billing so where does that leave me?
Took my daughter here to have her tonsils checked. The doctor seemed to be impatient and in a rush, did not take his time to explain. Going to see another doctor.
The practice called me en route to my scheduled appointment time, 20 minutes before my appt. to let me know that I needed to reschedule or cancel. A disappointing experience. Update in Response to Owner's Response: Yes, life happens. However, this was an easily avoidable administrative oversight and equating that to a patient emergency is disingenuous. The practice could have rescheduled/cancelled prior to the day of the appointment, but waited until 20 minutes before the time to do so. A truly poor patient experience. Truthfully, you should remove the Book Online option from your website if Dr. Sekhsaria does not care to see new patients regarding ENT matters. "We are very sorry for your experience scheduling/cancellations. Unfortunately as can happen with any surgical practice, patient related emergencies can occur that require abrupt alterations to the schedule sometimes at the last minute. We do very much acknowledge the disruption to your schedule this causes and we appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. Thank you."
I visited Dr. Vibhav Sekhsaria for sinus pain. He spent not more than 2 min to check my sinuses. Told me about otc allergy medicine. Charged me about $900 .
Dr. Nasim Reedy saw my son recently for retesting and re-evaluation of food allergens. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! We really appreciate her expertise and all the information she shared after his results came back. We now know for certain my son has oral allergy syndrome and he has been able to eat foods again that he avoided for a decade after having an anaphylactic reaction when he was 7! He is so happy and I am so relieved! Thank you, Dr. Reedy, and thank you to the wonderful staff there as well! :)
Nice staff, Dr Sekhsaria has great bedside manner and went straight to the point.
Great staff, very friendly. Always take me on time.
Elite service!!!! Best in the business!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
