The worst customer service ever. After I get to the location, they said the doctor has a surgery . They cancelled my appointment . And they made me another one in rockville office I was waiting for more than 45 minutes. The doctor didn’t show up again. . If you are very busy, don’t take New patient .

Dr. Sekhsaria saved the day when my daughter shoved a bead very far up her nose. We were seen promptly and he was able to remove it without a single tear from my 3 year old. I will recommend this practice to my family and friends from here on out!

I’m writing this review in hopes someone in the office would contact me, I am a parent of 2 small children with chronic ear infections. They have been seen and treated by the ENT, father son practice it seems. It’s been difficult getting apts here and anywhere else since Covid, the Dr did an amazing job with my youngest procedures tonsils and adenoids removed and tubes in ears. Making follow up apts has been difficult it does feel as though the Dr is to busy for my 2 little people who have medical assistance. A new policy has been placed that they have to bring a referral for every single visit which their insurance policy says is not accurate. Currently have my little boy who has had to go to urgent care several times because this office phone system seems to be full or going straight to voicemail all of a sudden. My son is going to lose his hearing if he doesn’t get seen soon.

Very disappointed. I thought I had found a great Allergy and Asthma specialist. I went in for my allergy test. Gave them my insurance and id. I was shocked when I received a bill for $969.34. The office never run it through insurance. After a month of calling to speak to billing I finally got to speak to a lady in billing who said she called insurance and everything was good. Then I received a past due bill for the exact same amount! I contact my insurance company for the second time they confirmed nothing had been submitted through insurance again! This test is 100% covered under my insurance. I've contacted the billing dept numerous times and I'm not being able to speak to anybody after the first woman I spoke to. I contacted the number that's on the bill. No one has gotten back to me. I have never experienced such incompetence! Very unhappy!!

Twice now since Dr. Sekhsaria took over from Dr. Bhatti's practice in this location, I've been given the wrong dose for my allergy shots. A third time I caught it before they gave me the shot. If (like me) you have an abnormal maintenance dose, or if you are at risk for anaphylactic reactions I would NOT go to this practice. They are not at all careful about checking charts before they do shots. If they would have made this mistake with a different patient, this could have been life-threatening.
