MinuteClinic on State Street in Ann Arbor wasn't open though I had made an appointment days in advance. No one in the store cared or did anything to help me(pharmacy and the manager). Staff simply had a "not my problem" attitude.

Incorrectly billed me over $200. The doctors themselves were kind and helpful but this mistake has led to me spending hours on the phone with very unhelpful representatives. Not worth it.

Doctor was very professional and thorough. He listened to my symptoms and prior history and got me the prescription I needed. It was super quick and easy to book an appointment. Definitely recommend

Minute Clinics are fast and expert care providers. A good alternative to many primary care visits (which can be hard to schedule ). Immediate treatment - able to provide needed exams and testing. Can do some blood work but don’t have xray A great alternative for many medical needs.
