List of MInuteclinic At Cvs's Reviews
Myself and my wife both had visits to this clinic due to a recent bouts with sinus congestion. I have to say that the staff here really took their time with us and provided wonderful care. They are thoughtful, professional, and super nice.
The lady at the minute clinic is completely incompetent. Systems supposedly was down, but i can guarantee she didn't put the extra zeros before my employees medicaid ID number to get the insurance to process. When I tried to just go with it and was about to pay out of pocket for my employees TB test, she stated that she does not have tap to pay. So I then explained to her that I would pay over the phone to ensure that it was paid for and she could get her test done and she refused.. When requesting to speak to a supervisor she stated that there was no supervisor... She was speaking to an ex CVS manager myself so when I explained to her how the process goes and who the supervisor is - actually got off the phone to call the GM of that location apparently my employee said a cuss word and she kicked her out the room.. Absolutely waste of time, effort and argument. She clearly wasn't there to work today but hey, this is exactly why I left CVS in the first place! They allow the most lazy people to work there & then blame the managers when our people always did as they want. Poor management on the higher up side. They will be the next to close.
Very caring staff, listened to concerns and explained treatment plan thoroughly.
I had a great experience at CVS MinuteClinic. I walked in without an appointment and was seen right away. The provider explained my test results clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. Efficient and professional service.
Came for a TB test read. I signed in, and I am about to walk off and leave because they’re legit wasting my time. What type of rapport do they need to be building in the minute clinic rooms? If you want to have a social hour go to a bar
Found out that they don't always bill your insurance and pocket the extra money. Watch your receipts to see if your insurance name is on it. It is completely illegal and I will be submitting a complaint.
My experience here was good. The practitioner was patient, listening to my symptoms. She was knowledgeable and considerate. Wait time was not long. Gave a reasonable diagnosis and treatment. I'll continue to use this Minute Clinic when needed.
Outstanding work.
Absolutely incredible service at the minute clinic, I was seen immediately after checking in with no appointment scheduled! Both of the staff members I spoke with were very nice and knowledgeable! I live 40 minutes away but will drive here every time simply for the excellent service! :)
Overall great! Only complaint is how long the appointment was, hour and 15 mins for a dot physical, other then that it was very good
