I have a wonderful Dr here!

All three of your staff, front desk, assistant and PA were extremely friendly, efficient and competent. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Not only did this office rub me the wrong way when my primary care left and they did not inform me that she left and just assigned me with someone I was not familiar with, since then, it has been extremely difficult for me to receive proper medication for my ADHD. They do not answer their phones up to 40 minutes before close, and even after close if leave a *urgent* message with the call center for them to leave on your my-chart to reach your doctor, it is not something that is guaranteed to have a resolve if you do not double check yourself. You cannot leave it up to the doctors office. They are unreliable, unorganized, fail to answer their phones, and I received more care and urgency from one of the call center representatives about my inability to get my medication often from this office, than I have from anyone in that office. It sucks because I have enjoyed my healthcare there but the overall system they have is terrible and unreliable

I’ve been coming to Trinity Health IHA Medical Group – Primary Care for years and honestly don’t get the low overall rating. Nobody wants to go to the doctor, but as far as doctor’s offices go, this one has always treated me well. I originally came here based on recommendations from my grandpa and dad to see Dr. Winston, and more recently I’ve been seeing Dr. Vaughn, who has been great—professional, thorough, and easy to talk to. The staff has consistently been friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out are quick, labs and testing are exactly what you’d expect (no drama, no surprises), and the whole process generally runs smoothly. Big pluses: it’s easy to get to, no traffic headaches, plenty of parking, and you’re usually in and out without feeling like you lost half a day. Four stars because… it’s still a doctor’s office. Five stars feels emotionally irresponsible. But overall, a solid, reliable experience and one I’ve had no problem sticking with.

I can’t speak to the quality of physicians here but the office seems to be unorganized. I brought my two kids here for flu shots. Out of the three of us, the office only billed insurance for one of the three vaccinations let me tell you this has been a headache to resolve. We will go to Walgreens for all flu and Covid shots in the future to avoid a ridiculous hassle.

The IHA network is superior to other health systems. Everyone is very professional, the offices are efficiently run, everyone is helpful and it is great to have all records in My Chart. Dr. Tendai Thomas explains very clearly, makes suggestions to improve my health and refers to specialists when needed. I am completely satisfied!

Bad experience in this place. People don't seem to know what they're doing. After making an appointment and giving all the information about the insurance. Everything ok. I called days before to confirm Ok. When I arrived at the scheduled time I was informed that the insurance is not accepted and will be charged out of pocket. Waste of time. In addition to the arrogance as it is treated. Stay away from this place.

A very informative and gratifying consult with Dr Alawneh. From the reception at the front desk to the staff behind, and the consultation with Dr Alawneh, the care, concern, and courtesy was truly appreciated!

1st visit, not rushed, EVERYONE was thorough from the check-in, medical assistant, provider to the check out. Very refreshing. Dr. B. Yaldo Thank You
