The front desk staff and the first nurse who assisted me were exceptionally kind, professional, and reassuring. I appreciated how smoothly the check-in process went and how considerate they were throughout the initial steps of my visit. I had come to urgent care because I was feeling unwell at work and my employer was concerned. When the nurse practitioner entered the room, however, the tone of the visit changed. He appeared somewhat disengaged and hurried, which I understand can happen in a busy environment. During the ear examination, though, the approach felt unusually rough, causing me discomfort. When I moved away and expressed that it was painful, the practitioner became defensive. This response made me feel uncomfortable and hesitant to continue communicating about my symptoms. I believe that patients should be able to express discomfort without feeling dismissed or challenged. While I do not wish to single out or criticize the individual personally, I hope this feedback can be taken constructively and used as a learning opportunity. He appeared to be early in his career, and I trust that with experience, he will continue to develop his bedside manner and communication skills. Overall, I appreciate the excellent care provided by the rest of the staff and hope this note helps improve the patient experience in the future.

I wouldn’t recommend this urgent care to anyone. I’d even go far as suggest that your doctors get a refresher in bedside manner. This is why people don’t seek help.

The front desk staff was kind and efficient, seen by medical staff within 1 minute of being seated in a room, 2 minute wait to see the medical professional. She was kind and identified my issue quickly, counseled me and provided recommendation, prescription, and information for what to do if symptoms worsen. Couldn't have been better!

Hands down the best urgent care in the Ann Arbor area. Both my husband and I have been patients for a handful of issues the last few years. We rarely wait more than 10 min to be seen, all the staff is super professional, kind, positive and knowledgeable. Very patient and thorough during the visit. I had an extremely thorough concussion evaluation after a serious car accident and given great care. We have both gotten care for lower back/sciatica injuries as well. Unless I was actually dying I would come here for everything and avoid the ER.
