I recently used the Urgent Care services of IHA/Trinity at the Domino Farms location. The staff was professional & courteous. I especially liked the Nurse Practitioner who I saw, Mostafa El Zarif. He was knowledgeable, kind & attentive. His follow-up care instructions were comprehensive and clear. It is a very busy place but he took the time to focus on my care and to listening to me. Co-pay was kind of high, but that’s where we are in today’s medical care climate.

08/20/2026 I had another almost stress-free visit to IHA Dominos Farms urgent care, this time because of a possible UTI following a hospitalization and some procedures. Once again, what I thought would be a long day turned out to be a brief and cheering encounter. The provider, Sam, had read my chart, so I didn't have to tell him much of anything. He was careful and thorough. Has asked questions. I have absolute confidence is his assement and plan. He was also encouraging and supportive .Based on this visit and others over the last years, I would recommend Trinity IHA Dominos Farms to family and friends when they need urgent care. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I was notified that my appointment time would be 20 minutes later before I left the house. Once there and checked in, I was kept informed by an electronic board about when I would be taken to a room. Everyone involved listened carefully to my situation and asked appropriate questions and did the expected tests. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and helpful. I had an excellent experience.

All the staff was very caring and helpful, from the front desk, to the nurses and Dr. The process was quite efficient, even though it was Monday, a normally busy day. Great job y'all!

Today at 11:00 AM, I went to urgent care because I was experiencing abdominal pain. They briefly spoke with me and, without even performing a physical examination, sent me home and told me to come back on Monday or go to the emergency room. I honestly don’t understand what I paid for if I wasn’t even properly examined. Later that night, I was diagnosed with complicated acute appendicitis and was told that I needed surgery. This is a serious condition that was completely missed earlier in the day. I am extremely disappointed with the care I received and believe the medical staff here were highly incompetent 😡

Very happy with my experience here. From checking in to seeing the Doctor, everyone was very nice and understanding. The Doctor took the time to really listen to me and also gave me in depth information on my issue along with a prescription.

After getting lost on dark country roads and missing my 10:45 appointment, I called Trinity Health Urgent Care to see if I could still be seen. Mekhi answered calmly both times I called, reassuring me that they would be there whenever I arrived. When I finally made it in, Mekhi greeted me warmly, and Dr. Ryan Berry provided compassionate, top-notch care. I can’t say enough great things about the wonderful staff and my overall experience tonight.
