I asked the doctor to call me back, since the medicine she prescribed does not exist. But she never did.
Incredibly fast, efficient and caring!! Best experience at an Urgent Care!!
Kind and compassionate staff. My appointment was taken and conducted extremely quickly.
We were from out of town and my mother in law developed an infected tooth while here for a family event. She needed antibiotics to start treatment for her infection until we could get home to her dentist. The staff was kind, caring and made sure she got the treatment needed.
.everyone i met during the visir was first class AAA+++
I went into this urgent care center with a worsening wound that was misdiagnosed by Lilia Popadiuk, PAC as Cellulitis. In addition, she told me I had to be especially careful in the future since I am diabetic, even though I am not diabetic. She then prescribed an oral antibiotic and topical antibiotic as the plan of care. In addition, the follow-up instructions she gave me included some misinformation and actions I need to take for a condition I do not even have. When I followed-up the next day with my PCP, I was told that I did NOT have Cellulitis but just a severe wound that only needed a topical antibiotic. Also (and unfortunately), since I had already started the oral antibiotic, I had to finish it even though it was not necessary to treat my wound. The experience I had at this urgent care facility not only presented me with the wrong diagnosis, it cost me additional money for a prescription that I did not need. As a result of this experience, I cannot recommend this urgent care facility to anyone else.
I'm not a "Karen" who gets "up in my feelings" and cries about it. Normally, I really wouldn't complain if mere rudeness. Today though was different, talking about the nurse "lou". However it's spelled, doesn't really matter. MUCL, you know who she is "overall". Today though, she was a garbage nurse that couldn't put her self-righteous attitude aside and imposed herself into the middle of a situation she knew nothing of, nor was willing to listen to. Here's the short of it... I took my kid in for an ear injury that needed some stitches. Not a big deal really, not an emergency, just stitches. I do the intake describe the injury. Then in the same breath that the intake person was asking for my co-pay she said "be aware that the doctor may not be able to treat the injury and will likely refer us to the E.R.. So, i ask what the factors are in that decision and let her know I'm really not happy with a scenario where I've paid a copay, waited an hour and half, and then get sent to an ER to wait again and pay another copay. She agrees, soo asks me to step over to another area and when a Dr. Is in-between patients she will explain the scenario and see if he has a moment to assess the wound and see if it's within the abilities they have. I said "Great, ty. That's awesome. Perfect plan". Right? Well go ahead and cue up "lou". This is when she starts (rudely) telling me "I'm not allowed in the area. I need to go sit down and wait my turn like everyone else" I begin to explain the whole situation and the fact I've been directed to be here" she isn't having it and gets more attitude "that's not how this works. We need to wait till its our turn to be seen. " again, I explain that my situation isn't like everyone else's. I have to speak over "lou" as I re-explain the whole thing but log "lou" she ain't listening and tells me if I can't listen, I won't be seen." Thanks lou. Thanks for all that bed side manner and ability to problem solve! Really impressive for a "professional" to muck up a situation that had nothing to do with her. As she's still making mandates both the intake person and a Dr turn the corner and come to do the very quick, very easy visual assessment that, the I will in fact have to go to an ER for treatment. Which saved me the unneeded frustration of a waisted co-pay and the time I'd have wasted. Soo basically, thanks be to the intake personal and the Dr. that was on staff today...August 10th. Those 2 we're great. Lou, you not soo much. Nope, Lou was pretty much garbage. Still, even after Lou I will give you 4 stars for not waisting my time, the professionalism of the intake person, and understanding of you're Dr. on staff.... would've, could've been 5 stars again but Lou.... she took that from you. Maybe go ahead and let her know so she can do better. Do better Lou. Do better
This was my first time at this urgent care. My service was superb. From the time I arrived, my lobby wait time was about 5 minutes. My labs was instant and doctor was there in bout 6 minutes with my test result. I am extremely happy with my overall outcome, treatment, staff, and service. The facility was VERY clean . To top it off, my prescription was ready to pickup when I arrived at the pharmacy. Thank all of you, for your help. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care. Ms. Willis

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
