Great care, fast and very pleasant. Helped me feel better when my own Pcp couldn't be bothered.
Helpful, Clean, and qucik
The staff was super friendly and helpful!
Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. Facility was clean and modern. Received great care, all staff I came in contact with were terrific. Doctor was thorough, effective, knew his stuff and actually treated me like a human being. Couldn't have been more pleased with the visit.
Great Staff , Dra Popadiuk is excelent !
My oldest son was in a severe car accident on Jan 30th. Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Schmidt was incredible and reaffirmed my belief that Nurse Practitioners actually care about their patients well being, which has not been my experience with many doctors who seem to completely be without empathy. The day after the accident, a doctor had told my son "There's nothing was wrong with you. Go home, take some tylenol and rest for a day. Then go back to work." Well, that advice didn't turn out so well for my son. When he went back to work 3 days after the accident, he was staggering, walking into walls, dizzy, drive heaving, and experiencing terrible neck and head pain. He barely made it back home, which is under 4 miles away. He sat in his (back up) car for over 30 mins before he thought he could make it inside. This time, I took him to Urgent Care (45 mins before closing) ready to fight it out with an uncaring doctor. Instead we were blessed with an angel.... As soon as she walked in you could tell by the look on her face, this wasn't another annoyed doctor who didn't want to be bothered. Instead NP Jennifer Schmidt did the unthinkable. She treated it seriously. She asked questions, becoming extremely concerned when told the details of the car accident my son was involved in. Which was 40 mph-head on collision. His month old car was totalled. (idiot in a work van decided to cross 3 lanes on Middlebelt during rush hour and pulled out of Meijers right in front of my son. Upon hearing the details of the accident the first words out of her mouth was "why wasn't he admitted to the hospital following the car accident?" Because he was told nothing was wrong with him.... When he returned to work (he drags 230 lbs every 4 mins) he started to suffer from terrible head and neck pain, loss of balance, and severe nausea. NP Jennifer Schmidt spent over 20 mins with a hands on exploration of his neck, head and knee, touching and seeing what movement triggered his pain. She found neck muscles that were seized up and the reason he wasn't able to turn his head and ordered a very strong anti inflammatory injection. Within 10 mins his discomfort level was noticeably different. He no longer had to have his hand putting pressure on his neck. Here's what NP Jennifer Schmidt did that was so different; She asked the patient questions about the cause of the complaint. She recognized the seriousness of the complaint She performed a hands-on examination of the patient, She ordered immediate treatment for what she discovered She called E.R. and informed them a patient was coming in NOW. She told the hospital she wanted a scan performed upon arrival. NP Jennifer Schmidt is everything a father with a injured son wants in a doctor, even though she does not have the "title" of doctor. She's what's pictured in movies and t.v. shows when they show a compassionate doctor... except she's real. I included NP Jennifer Schmidt's full name an excessive amount deliberately. I don't want it forgotten. I won't forget her and neither will my son. A special shout out to her co-workers is due. They never complained about staying an HOUR after closing and showed genuine concern for my son. Thank you everyone. I'm sorry I don't remember your names. You were all working last Saturday evening. (After 2 days my son was released from the hospital and is recovering at home from a severe concussion. Once that is manageable, we'll worry about his knee.) Sincerely, Gary Kish
A very pleasant experience.
The entire staff from the time we walked in the door was friendly and courteous. They could tell we didn’t feel well and got us right into a room. The nurse and Dr. Fadlallah were so nice and quick to diagnose and get us home. I will most definitely refer others.
Professional and courteous staff, best urgent care in the area.
Absolutely love how they get me in, out and better so quickly.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
