I was annoyed that I had to make an appointment for the next day…because this is “urgent care,” but I guess that’s where we’re at with medical care. The actual appointment was terrific. Pleasant staff. Fast labs. Friendly, efficient service. Highly recommend!

Poor communication regarding walk-ins and then after scheduling appointment it was a 30 minute wait with seemingly nobody else there.

It was very easy to make an online appointment for a clinic visit. The facility was very clean, the staff friendly, professional, and listened to my concerns. Lab tests were performed to rule out possible illnesses, and the nurse practitioner talked with me about the results. I was prescribed the appropriate medication, and am on the road to recovery I felt I received very good medical care at MedExpress.

I was checked in efficiently and was able to see the attending physician quickly. Prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy and I was able to pick them up as soon as the pharmacy opened. Overall, a great experience.

My son had an appointment and arrived on time. Waited 30 minutes for a drug screening. Not one other person in the place. Then when they came to call him the employee was very short and rude with my son.

Showed up at 8am, appeared to be first patient there. My daughter needed her ear looked. Was told my child couldn't be seen because we needed an appointment. Very confused, since when do you need an appointment to be seen at an urgent care? The website even says walk-ins welcome. Would not recommend this place.

Having cut my finger and the bleeding would not stop my husband took me to MedExpress in Eden Prairie, MN. Everyone there was very caring and was able to take care of me
