They were very sweet to me. Checked out my ear, very personal, Gabe meca tissue when I started crying, all that nice stuff. Thank you. Also, thank goodness I didn't have to take my weight. We all know how depressing that would be post covid times, so that was nice too.

It was very easy to make an online appointment for a clinic visit. The facility was very clean, the staff friendly, professional, and listened to my concerns. Lab tests were performed to rule out possible illnesses, and the nurse practitioner talked with me about the results. I was prescribed the appropriate medication, and am on the road to recovery I felt I received very good medical care at MedExpress.

I came in with what I suspected was a cracked rib from a fall, got checked in and x-rayed promptly, received a prescription that was immediately filled across the street plus a recommendation on a brace to wear. Courteous and professional nurse and doctor. Thanks!

My experience at MedExpress was fine. However, the consent barrage of phone calls and emails asking me to leave a review is ridiculous. Call once and email once that's it. If I chose to leave a review I will, if I don't want to spend time leaving a review I won't.

The MedExpress team was very friendly to work with. We went there with both my wife and I experiencing ear infections. There was a longer wait, but you should expect that when going to an urgent care, especially with how many people have been sick as of late. We both were able to be cared for, and overall I was very impressed with the nursing team and with the care and professionalism that they exude.
