MedExpress Urgent Care

The staff was very caring and sweet. My assigned Dr explained everything well and stayed with me to make sure I was okay after being treated.

I was annoyed that I had to make an appointment for the next day…because this is “urgent care,” but I guess that’s where we’re at with medical care. The actual appointment was terrific. Pleasant staff. Fast labs. Friendly, efficient service. Highly recommend!

It was very easy to make an online appointment for a clinic visit. The facility was very clean, the staff friendly, professional, and listened to my concerns. Lab tests were performed to rule out possible illnesses, and the nurse practitioner talked with me about the results. I was prescribed the appropriate medication, and am on the road to recovery I felt I received very good medical care at MedExpress.

I was checked in efficiently and was able to see the attending physician quickly. Prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy and I was able to pick them up as soon as the pharmacy opened. Overall, a great experience.

Having cut my finger and the bleeding would not stop my husband took me to MedExpress in Eden Prairie, MN. Everyone there was very caring and was able to take care of me

Stopped in tonight and front desk was very helpful and friendly, the doctor and nurses that helped me were very good as well. Not sure why so many negative reviews. I can only speak for myself that it was a good experience at a good price.

I don't know why everyone is leaving bad reviews but it had almost deterred me from coming here. They must have to deal with a lot of horribly behaved people because that's my only complaint - sometimes the staff starts out cold but once they see I'm nice, they warm right up. I've always had the ideal experience here. Very fast in and out and I've always gotten what I need from people that listen. More than I can say for a few experiences with MHealth since the merger from hell. This is a medical facility and the expectations are clear and normal. Not sure why everyone has such a problem.
