I’ve brought clients to this location multiple times, and the receptionist (the one who wears glasses with diamond accents) has been consistently rude, condescending, and impatient. When I asked basic questions about prescriptions and shipping because I genuinely didn’t understand the process. I was met with attitude that made me feel incompetent for not already knowing everything. At one visit, I asked to have my client’s glasses shipped. I was told shipping was $12, so I agreed. The receptionist then abruptly said, “Yeah, let’s not,” and dismissed the option, despite there being a valid reason I was requesting shipping in the first place. The way this was handled felt dismissive and disrespectful. This is especially concerning when working with clients who rely on clear, respectful communication. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly apologize for asking questions, and neither should my clients. The doctor is fine, but front desk behavior like this makes visits unnecessarily stressful. I hope management addresses the repeated concerns about front desk conduct.
2.5 stars. The doc was great and the gentleman who helped me look at frames were great. The receptionist, on the other hand, is the reason for the poor rating. I had an appointment and showed up on time. Took over 40 minutes before I was seen by the doc. No apologies or even an acknowledgment of this inconvenience at all by the receptionist.
Always provide great customer service and always friendly people to help around the store.
The receptionist was very rude and a bit condescending while explaining something I was having a hard time understanding. Customer service and respect are huge to me. Other then that it's a real well kept place and the wait was tolerable and I liked the eye doctor.
Pearle Vision representative went above and beyond regular service to make my experience positive and remove problems I had experienced for 5 months with my new glasses.

Marie at Pearl Vision was very good at repairing my glasses. She made sure that my glasses were fixed to my liking. I greatly appreciate her expertise in caring for my needs.
I had an appointment scheduled for 1120. I was five minutes late. The gentleman that greeted me at the door was extremely rude because my insurance changed with my employer. He needed to make a phone call to make sure I had proper coverage while waiting for my insurance to get back to him time kept passing and it was 11:45 and I was asking if the doctor was going to be coming out anytime soon because now he’s late and I’ve been sitting here waiting. The gentlemen was very rude and did not understand where I was coming from on the fact that he was late and kept explaining to me that I just need to wait another 20 minutes, which is not OK after going back-and-forth with the receptionist guy and his rudeness I finally decided to just leave and not reschedule. I have been going to Pearle vision since I was a kid it was literally the first place I got my first pair of glasses, but every time I come that doctor Fabre is always behind. He never is on time you wait and I think that’s normal and I just thought the whole process this time because of the reception area was rude and I would never go back and I believe that doctor needs to learn how to time management
I've been coming to Pearle Vision since August of 2024 with my three children. The front desk has always been very helpful and extremely courteous. The wait time if you have an appointment is very short and I like how they have the paperwork on a tablet. Today me and my children came to pick up my 15-year-old's glasses they were so helpful. Tway and another lady helped my son with his glasses. I asked if I could get an appointment Davyd immediately stepped in since no one was at the front desk and invited me to his desk to sit down and him and another lady there helped me get a same day appointment! I came back for the appointment and it was a guy that was there can't remember his name helping me until he went to lunch then Davyd and Tway helped me with pricing on a brand new pair of eyeglasses. They were patient as I picked out at least 4 pair of glasses. The customer service was Immaculate and I will definitely be back for further purchases as well. Thank you very much Pearle Vision for having such a house full of great staff. If I'm able to edit this review when my glasses come I will post them. Thank you again!
