Dr. Tim Weber removed a tooth that I had a feeling would be a challenge. Well, he extracted it with great skill and purpose. His assistant was excellent in keeping anything from going down my throat. He’s definitely a top surgeon in the metro area. Even personally called me later in the evening to see how I was doing ! Thanks for getting this painful tooth out.

Dr. Kincaid extracted my molar quickly and painlessly! He even called me personally (on a Saturday) to follow up with my after care. The cost without insurance was very reasonable and the care was outstanding!

Hands down the most amazing staff (Brittney Willenbrink) and Dr. Parsons..Words can't describe how great they are, I had been putting off having my wisdom teeth removed for a few years and couldn't handle the pain any longer, i finally went and I felt so at ease once I consoled with them. I will never have doubts about going to the dentist ever agian, im forever greatful!!! I also have to say Dr. Parsons has the best personality, I left there smiling...

My son had a routine wisdom tooth procedure. Dr. Tim Weber and his staff were top-notch. My kiddo was in and out in 30 minutes. Patient care was thoroughly explained and we received a follow-up phone call the same night. Great experience!

What a great experience I had today visiting this office. It started with two very friendly girls at the front desk to the assistant putting me in the room with pleasant conversation until the dental assistant arrived. The dental assistant was very nice & she explained everything on the instruction sheet that needed to be done after surgery. (Great idea to do this before the surgery and just ask if you have any questions after.) Then Dr Tim Weber came in & went over the x-rays & explained what was about to happen to remove my crown, then the base of the tooth due to a root fracture that had also caused an infection. Dr. Weber was very thorough in explaining what was going on throughout the removal & has a great bedside manner. I chose not to use anesthesia and only get the novacaine injections, but I had no idea how long the procedure was going to be. That was the only thing not explained or I might have chosen anesthesia. I won't lie, the injections hurt really bad, but I unfortunately always have to get a double dose of novacaine or it can take me 20-25 minutes before I get numb. (Which I always explain upfront to dentists.) This is the first time ever that I was numb in 5 minutes! The removal process was done without pain. After I heal up, I will be returning in a few months to get the implant process started. Everyone was very professional & kind. I highly recommend this office.

The actual procedure surgery went well. No issues afterwards also. But I felt their appointment staff was not patient friendly and greedy or overprotective of their future bill/payment. I have very good dental insurance coverage and was asking them to claim under that. But this person (forgot her name) tells me every time that the service will not be covered under dental insurance. So, they will claim to my high-deductible medical insurance, and I have to pay all of their charges upfront. So, when they claimed as medical service and when medical insurance company asked me to pay only about half of their charges because of their agreements, the same claim was filed by them again under dental insurance:). Dental insurance covered almost 3/4 of their charges as I was telling her that I have good dental coverage and I will pay balance that they won't pay. Anyways, at least their payment person was good, and she put me on a payment plan of 4 installments. So, I did not pay full charge in the office. Had I paid their full charges, I would be waiting for about 1500 refund now from them vs about 50 dollars.

The dental professionals seemed to care about what would be most likely to work for me. They were quick and thorough. The office staff, however, has failed to reply to either my 2 emails with questions and a records request for over 1 month.

The office staff were so kind, prior to the surgery, calming my daughters fears and answering questions. My only thought about this was maybe a sheet that could be printed out exposing what to expect. The doctor was so kind when we were there and talked to her about what he would do. The surgery was quick and recovery was easy. I highly recommend these services

Sorry I can only give 5 stars! Dr. Kincade was really great! After the procedure I went home not feeling my best and worried about what to expect when the numbness wore off... NO problem at all. The bleeding stopped and I'm doing fine. For someone who (like me) is generally terrified of the dentist, it was a "piece of cake" Wonderful!
