They suck should be closed down or everybody needs to be replaced

If I could give 0 stars I would , the entire place is unprofessional. They should be embarrassed with how unsanitary the place is !

Rooms are dirty, staff is uneducated- and the office manager Sheila is unprofessional

Went there with my wife to get covid tests since all of the Total Access urgent care locations were out. Did not receive our results until 7 days later, and we had to call in. I also had to special request that they gave me a copy of the result via email, and they said normally they don't do that and they just tell people over the phone.

don’t get covid testing here, the results are wrong. I infected my family because of this place

The nurses and support staff havr always been friendly and professional. Never had a Dr here that was not professional. Until recently. Came in with a bad sprain on a Saturday. A person came in coughing without a mask, they had no mask to provide to him. See the dr and get xrays. At 1st they say no fracture, then they say yes I do have a fracture. The Dr cant figure out a way to print it so he takes a picture amd shows it to me on his phone. He tries to put on an air cast but cant do it. Makes snide remark on how he wishes he had more help, referring to the staff.He leaves. The nurse comes in and provides me with a foot brace, they tell me to take advil and not put any weight on it whatsoever. Just to follow up with an orthopedist in 2 weeks. 5 days later get another xray and per the radiologist i dont have a fracture?They do not tell me not to sleep in the brace, do not tell me to take asprin, do not tell me to stay well hydrated. Just to follow up with an orthopedist in 2 weeks3 weeks later go to the e.r. with a dvt and PE. ER Dr is shocked I was never told those things! I dont know whats going on there but the dr seemed distracted and they seemed very unorganized. They need to send patients away with better follow up care.

Arrived at 7:45am because the clinic opens at 8:00am. Front desk was pleasant and checked me in quickly. I sit in the waiting room and at 8:30am am told there is no doctor at the clinic, but they should be there by 9:00am. Ok sure, I’m here for a reason, I’ll wait. I get put in an exam room, more waiting. At 9:30am another staff member tells me “the doctor is just now leaving their house” and will be at least another 30 minutes. Ok...more waiting. At 10:30am, just as I am deciding to leave anyway, staff informs me that the owner called and nobody really knows when the doctor will actually be in. So, 2.5 hours after the clinic opens, there is no provider. No NP or PA, no second doctor. One doctor for the entire walk in clinic on a busy Saturday. A ridiculous waste of time. Support staff are nice and helpful but I’ll never be back.

Incredibly rude receptionist, dirty rooms, 2 employees not wearing masks, stay away

Over the phone they confirmed they would accept my insurance, once I got in the office they abruptly told me they wouldn't accept and were very unprofessional.

Hours are not accurate, arrived two hours before listed as closed on the internet and it was locked and nobody answering phone.
