great
Unorganized and lack patient care. I confirmed an appointment this morning to spend half an hour navigating the parking garage and hospital to be told it wasn’t today.
New and large patient care facility. Congestion on Grand due to parking. Congestion in parking lot also. Garage needs better signs for parking. I had to turn around twice and added about 8 minutes to my trip after other cars through. I almost missed my appointment but was only tardy 2 minutes due to traffic and leaving at a sufficient time. Help desk everywhere with accommodating employees. Clean, brightly lit, visible signage. There's a gift shop and food shops.Had a 55 minute wait in waiting room for dermatology and then an additional 20-25 in patient room. Dr appointment was only about 14minutes. My vitals weren't taken. Weight, bp, nothing. I've never experienced that at a dr appt. $40 copay too. Not the best experience, I expected better by the google reviews. Better rating if hadn't waited 85 minutes for 14 minute.
I called to see about the Hair Loss Clinic for People of Color and was rudely told "We are not taking new patients for this clinic." I am a woman of color who is an RN who wants someone who is a person of color who would care for me and understands people of color. As a healthcare professional I would never treat potential patients like this and I am in shock.

Have always been greeted with friendly staff and knowledgeable physicians.
It was a pleasure to receive kindness and services at the SLU Daughtery Ferry Dermatology location. Specific staff made that difference for both my husband and myself. The first was the kiosk coordinator by the name of Gabby. She smiled, and gave us her help through the registration process. She had a wonderful sense of humor. The other staff professional was Kay at the front desk. She provided me with answers to how best to Make appointments. She was a significant help. She was professional throughout our conversation. Both staff persons asked more than once.'could they do anything else for us?'
So far I have had a great experience with all staff. Even in the parking garage. We've been going for over a year now!
- Friendly and fast staff. - Clean facility. - Rough parking situation when I went. - Camera in the exam room, not told before undressing... just uncomfortable. - I realize it is a teaching hospital now, but didn't know before attending and was surprised to go through my exam twice and with an audience both times. Just sharing so others are aware. It's a 2 for me but may not bother you.
Cancelled surgery the day of surgery. No call back. No reschedule. Rude staff. 0/0 Recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
