THREE YEARS LATER no change they actually don’t care at all here. This is the most unprofessional place. They never answer the phone or return voicemails i use my chart which literally tells you when the staff has read you message and so many go unanswered. I have HS so my flares are unpredictable and painful. My only relief is a steroid injection they don’t offer anything at urgent care and the hospital is a long wait and a huge bill for something that can easily be done here in minutes. Each visit you’re always seen mainly by the student who’s learning but the doctor is why i came they should be observing the doctor and not leading the exam that’s so unsettling for the patient. Bottom line they’re unprofessional and don’t have the staff to treat patients properly Months later and the same thing. It’s so unfortunate that I’ve been coming to this facility for years and only had good service when Dr.Abate was around. I have called several times this week for an urgent appointment for a sore that has made me immobile for the week. The pain from HS and not being able to move or find relief is already unbearable but being ignored by the doctors office is so frustrating. I called several times stating I do not care which provider I see I just need to be seen by any dermatologist in the hopes of getting a steroid injection for relief. My calls are answered and notes are entered by the call center but no one from the office ever calls to follow up and make an actual appointment. Urgent care does not provide this service and the hospital is my only option at this point until I can find a new provider outside of this company. I have the same issue when I call my PCP for anything no one ever answers the phone or returns calls at this company.
Dr. Shaikh was warm and attentive, along with all of her supporting staff. One of my best healthcare experiences. Many thanks.
I accompanied my mother-in-law to this dermatology clinic today. The doctor was excellent—professional, thorough, and we truly appreciated the care she provided. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was very disappointing. My mother-in-law does not speak English, which is clearly documented in her chart. Despite this, no interpreter was offered at check-in, during intake, or even during the physician visit. I interpreted for her the entire time so she could complete her appointment. When we went to schedule a follow-up, the front desk staff member (Brittnee) was dismissive and had a noticeable attitude. While I understand that people can have difficult days, her negative attitude and tone were present from the very beginning of our interaction. While I was simply trying to coordinate an appointment based on my availability as her caregiver, she accused me of not wanting to interpret for my mother-in-law. That accusation was both confusing and inappropriate. If I did not want to interpret, how was my mother-in-law able to complete her entire visit? I had already been assisting her throughout the appointment. Only after this interaction did she offer to call an interpreter—something that should have been done from the beginning. Once the interpreter joined, my mother-in-law confirmed that her appointments need to align with my schedule, as I am responsible for her care and transportation. Overall, while the doctor provided excellent care, the lack of timely interpreter services and the unprofessional front desk interaction made this a frustrating experience. I hope the clinic addresses these concerns moving forward.
Been going to them for approximately 12 years. Very happy with Dr Gau & Dr. Wood. Very pleasant and professional.
Great customer service
Sign for this, sign for that, sign for this... Never showing you what you are signing for! I don't see how this can be legal. Either you sign when we tell you to or we refuse to treat you is known as coercion!
Drove 1 hour , kid missed school and has something tragic like alopecia an was 20 min late cuz I was a little confused on which is pavilion 1 or 2. These incompetent ppl told me sorry you will have to reschedule. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
The doctor looked right at my rash (that's been treated in several other states) and said she couldn't see it. The rash covers all four limbs and not once before or since has a doctor claimed it was invisible!
Dr Adel is always very thorough. Not a long wait and everyone is very friendly and polite
Couldn't be more frustrated. Wife has Mohs Surgery on her hand. Did not heal well. Pay another $50 for a FOLLOW UP which was not scheduled due to issues but as part of the process. Turns out it is infected. They prescribe some medication which she begins to take. Days later, they leave a voice mail that it is STAFF infection and prescribes another medication. No explanation. No way to call them back or talk to a human. Is she supposed to stop the other stuff, take both, who knows. I guess we have to just go pick it up and pay for it and hope there are instructions not only for this new medication but whether or not she should discontinue the other stuff. She has left multiple messages. No return calls. An hour ago she called the EMERGENCY number in hopes to get more information. Still waiting. I guess we need to pack up and drive to the office to get some answers. The after care instructions from her follow up said NOTHING. Handed her the sheets like any normal doctor visit. Get home and there is nothing on it other than a visit summary that simply says she seen the Nurse Practitioner. No follow up instructions. Well you have a patient that now has a Staff Infection that was discovered on the $50 dollar follow up which should have been included in the original cost of the procedure and you don't provide any follow up. If this does not get resolved or heaven forbid gets worse, this will get elevated to legal status. This office is an ATM Machine for SLU and company. "Success" is a great deodorant." You need to pay attention to these reviews and what your CUSTOMERS/Patients are saying!!!! We will NEVER be back. We will also complain to our dermatologist to stop recommending this place because if they don't, we will finding a new Dermatologist as well. Shameful. Embarrassing. $$$$$$

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
