List of Thomas Lord's Reviews
Dr. Lord has been my PCP for 30+ years. great doctor and wonderful bedside manner.
Dr. Lord is great. He listens intently and tries to find the best solution medically for anything I have going on.
Dr. Lord is the most amazing doctor I have ever had. I use to work along side of him as a medical assistant and he truly loves and cares for his patients. He is always willing to do everything he can to help. We love Dr. Lord!
I highly recommend Dr Lord and staff !
His nurses are rude and mean. Every time I go to refill my asthma medication it becomes a big fight over me needing to come in every 3 months just so I can get medication I have taken for 20 years. Didn’t even last a year with these money hungry jerks. Find another doctor.
Staff is horribly rude. Dr. Lord has also been losing his touch over the last year.
Liar. Requires visits every 3 months for routine medications. What he says in person and then has his staff tell you are completely contradictory to get more money out of you.
I have seen Dr. Lord for several years as I deal with a chronic condition. He is very good--personable, explains things well, knowledgeable on current treatments, and keeps on top of my condition without being demanding. In other words, he orders the appropriate tests, checks on results, and gives advice without being overbearing or condescending. When needed, he refers me to the appropriate specialists to treat specialized conditions such as referring me to an orthopedic surgeon to do my knee replacements. He is exactly what someone wants from a family physician.
I was impressed and pleased with Dr.Lord on my first visit. He questioned me on everything. I am so glad he was recommended to me. He seemed very caring. His staff seemed to know what they were doing. So much better than the last Dr. and staff that I had been going to.
Over the last few years he has seemed insensitive & innattentive as a PCP. He is usually not available and you're forced to see his PAs. I recently incurred a serious knee injury occur. I continued calling, emailing and expressing to Dr. Lord it had worsened and was now unbearable. My leg injury worsened to the extent that I was unable to walk and began to lock up. Dr. Lord offered no further assistance. I reached out desperate for help. I'm a solo parent and was not able to walk. His response was there was no way to get an MRI and I would have to wait because of the Covid-19. I immediately searched for a new doctor & thankfully was seen that day. They couldnt believe I was left dealing with this injury unattended for 2 months. The same day Dr. Lord said it was impossible to get an MRI, they contacted me and scheduled it the next day. In less than a week's time they scheduled me for surgery. The root of my meniscus was now torn and detached after waiting 2 months for real care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
