Staff is horribly rude. Dr. Lord has also been losing his touch over the last year.
His nurses are rude and mean. Every time I go to refill my asthma medication it becomes a big fight over me needing to come in every 3 months just so I can get medication I have taken for 20 years. Didn’t even last a year with these money hungry jerks. Find another doctor.
I highly recommend Dr Lord and staff !
Dr. Lord is the most amazing doctor I have ever had. I use to work along side of him as a medical assistant and he truly loves and cares for his patients. He is always willing to do everything he can to help. We love Dr. Lord!
Dr. Lord is great. He listens intently and tries to find the best solution medically for anything I have going on.
Dr. Lord has been my PCP for 30+ years. great doctor and wonderful bedside manner.
Liar. Requires visits every 3 months for routine medications. What he says in person and then has his staff tell you are completely contradictory to get more money out of you.
I have seen Dr. Lord for several years as I deal with a chronic condition. He is very good--personable, explains things well, knowledgeable on current treatments, and keeps on top of my condition without being demanding. In other words, he orders the appropriate tests, checks on results, and gives advice without being overbearing or condescending. When needed, he refers me to the appropriate specialists to treat specialized conditions such as referring me to an orthopedic surgeon to do my knee replacements. He is exactly what someone wants from a family physician.
I was impressed and pleased with Dr.Lord on my first visit. He questioned me on everything. I am so glad he was recommended to me. He seemed very caring. His staff seemed to know what they were doing. So much better than the last Dr. and staff that I had been going to.
Over the last few years he has seemed insensitive & innattentive as a PCP. He is usually not available and you're forced to see his PAs. I recently incurred a serious knee injury occur. I continued calling, emailing and expressing to Dr. Lord it had worsened and was now unbearable. My leg injury worsened to the extent that I was unable to walk and began to lock up. Dr. Lord offered no further assistance. I reached out desperate for help. I'm a solo parent and was not able to walk. His response was there was no way to get an MRI and I would have to wait because of the Covid-19. I immediately searched for a new doctor & thankfully was seen that day. They couldnt believe I was left dealing with this injury unattended for 2 months. The same day Dr. Lord said it was impossible to get an MRI, they contacted me and scheduled it the next day. In less than a week's time they scheduled me for surgery. The root of my meniscus was now torn and detached after waiting 2 months for real care.
I thought about posting and not posting this review for 2 weeks. And decided I am by how bad I was treated by this facility. Dr. Lord has been my primary care physician my entire life. And it sucks I have to write this because of his staff. My prescription was denied because I missed a appointment which was free and Dr. Lord called it a wellness visit for turning 30. I do not recall scheduling it. But bottom line I missed it. I called Dr. Lords office to see why he denied it. They said because I missed a appointment. So I told the lady I just can’t not have the meds I’ve been on for a year we need to figure out something. She told me “it’s not her problem” “she doesn’t care, I should of been there” “ you have to come every 6 months or we can deny your prescription”. I knew it’s been less that 6 months so I asked her the last time I was there. She wouldn’t tell me. And then hung up on me.I called back....left on hold for 25 minutes. Got another lady. She instantly told me “she doesn’t want to hear it” “she was going to tell me when I was going to come in or I’m not coming in” “shut up” “stop talking” “and would yell and over talk me on the phone” I ended up scheduling a appointment to hopefully get my prescription refilled for scheduling it. No, that wasn’t the case either. Still no prescription refilled.... i Went threw with draws of the meds for a week.Bottom line I sat on writing this review for several weeks because I’ve used Dr. Lord for 30 years. But by no means should no one be talked to like that. And I’ll be finding another Dr. due to this.
I was a patient of Dr. Lord's for 30 years. He is a caring doctor. Unfortunately, his new staff is not up to the mark. I was having some serious problems with a medication and his staff did not send him the messages so I eventually sent an extremely rude message to him, which I immediately went back and deleted, but this time his staff decided to send my message to him and it upset him and he said he and his staff do their best "under sometimes very difficult circumstances." I'm sorry, but what is so difficult in a general practiononer's office. In that message, he also said I needed to find another doctor and they immediately cancelled every single one of my prescriptions, including my Metformin for diabetes. It took days to find a doctor that I could get an appointment with before my medications ran out. I cannot believe I was treated so badly for a rude message after 30 years.
Dr Lord listens and is attentive. My children and I have been going for years. And I appreciate that he doesn’t rush us away.
Dr. Lord is such a caring Doctor. He spends quality time with his patients and really listens!
Great doctor! He took the time to take a thorough history and seemed genuinely concerned about my health. Staff is friendly.
Dr. Lord was my primary care doctor growing up, he was an excellent doctor.

I have loved seeing Dr. Lord. He is very kind and listens to all my concerns. He wants to see me feeling well and doing well in life. He is high in demand, but it is worth the wait if possible. Highly recommend Dr. Lord.

My test results came back "abnormal". Although the woman was nice, it's the kind of results you want to hear from the doctor or a nurse who knows who knows what she's doing. The nice lady read the results to me and didn't have a clue when I asked questions.
