Best Physical Therapy office!!!! I’ve been a patient here for a few years, where initially Claudia treated my rare and painful psoas syndrome with pelvic therapy. Recently, I’ve been having appointments for my tight shoulder muscles, which press on my ulnar nerve. In the midst of this shoulder therapy, Claudia left for maternity leave and I met a new equally wonderful substitute physical therapist Jess! At one of my shoulder appointments, I talked to Jess about my plethora of foot injuries that I’ve had over the last 25 years. While I’ve seen numerous medical providers, been given excruciating accoutrements to wear, used both over-the-counter and prescription medicines, these painful foot injuries reappear. Jess brilliantly suggested foot therapy to make my very weak feet stronger. No one has ever recommended that to me and now after a few weeks of foot therapy with Jess, my feet feel stronger and amazing! Unlike other physical therapy offices where you feel like your cattle and your left to do exercises on your own, here you’re given personal attention with so much compassion. The receptionist Amelia is very kind and accommodating to help you find appointments that work with your schedule. I am enormously grateful for Claudia, Jess, and Amelia!

This was by far the best experience my family has ever had at a PT office. My son went in for a strained hamstring and Claudia was amazing with him. Appointments were easy to schedule and the office is clean and modern. We will definitely be back 😆

Came here for a ruptured Achilles. The exercise progression was good and I felt improvement over time. Friendly staff and flexible with appointments.

I know full hip replacements are one of the easiest joint replacements, but that does not mean there isn’t plenty of pain and a lack of sleep as the initial hours tick by. I was looking forward to starting PT as it represented taking positive steps towards recovery. I booked an appointment at the recommended PT facility and upon arrival for my 1st appointment I entered a tiny waiting room with a gaggle of walkers, bodies, and crutches…hard to navigate in my condition. Eventually, the front desk person checked me in and then I was called back. The facilities were dark with a black ceiling and brown walls. After a few questions, a finger pointed me to a machine and identified the number of reps and sets. When done, I returned to the therapist for the next several assignments. After icing, my wife and I headed out the door and immediately agreed “that was depressing” and vowed to look for something more inspiring. On the way home we stopped at Select Physical Therapy on Wellesley Trade Lane in Cary, and the minute we walked in, Chrissy at the front desk stood up, introduced herself, shook hands, and talked about what we were looking for. Then, although with a client, the therapist, Claudia ran over and met us briefly…wow, what a nice touch. We looked at the new facilities, the wall of windows, the light/bright décor, the nice personalities, and thought…this is it. I am making good progress now and just love it when Claudia reminds me during an exercise that “just two visits ago you could not do one rep of this!” It feels great to be moving forward in such a supportive environment! Life is so much better when the glass is already half full :-)

Claudia was born to be a physical therapist. She's compassionate as well as friendly. I would recommend Claudia to family and friends.
