I received care from Select Physical Therapy for approximately two months for an injury. Taryn and Vanessa were outstanding physical therapists! They helped me understand my injury and gave me reasonable exercises to build strength. I was pleasantly surprised with how well they remembered my week-to-week progress and were able to adapt my exercises and soft tissue treatment. Plus, they are both very friendly and pleasant. Besides the therapists, the PT equipment at the facility is clean and in good shape. The care I received at Select Physical Therapy gave me the skills to return to running and continue to build strength.

My husband and I were both recently discharged from treatment and Taryn and Vanessa were just amazing. I didn’t fully understand what was wrong with me when I came to them, but I knew I couldn’t go on the way I had with my neck and jaw issues. I had seen several doctors with little to no answers as to why I was having so much trouble, but Taryn worked with my head and neck one time and was able to tell and show me where the problem was. Both Taryn and Vanessa have an amazing knowledge of the nerve and muscular systems and didn’t hesitate to share that knowledge with me to help me understand the origin of my pains and how to address them. I’m not being dramatic when I say that this has made my regular lifestyle possible again after half a year of discomfort. My husband likewise has been able to go back to playing sports after over a year off due to debilitating ulnar tunnel pain, which Vanessa and Taryn were also able to diagnose as a trapped nerve and help him rehabilitate. We were also able to schedule our appointments together most of the time due to their amazing front desk. We’re very grateful to all of them.
